Was called by my local post office to come collect an item(super small) today.

Date ordered: 22nd June
Carrier: Cainiao Super Economy Global
Arrived in Nigeria: 3rd July(based on tracking info)
Called by local post office: 4th August

Total time taken: 43 days

Still patiently waiting for 3 items I ordered around the same time using AE standard shipping. They all have the same "Dispatched to overseas" status.

Pls help, I find myself in the similar issue. My order is at SENT ITEM ABROAD (EDI RECEIVED) since June 10th, BP elapsed yesterday and I open dispute this afternoon but was invalid.
I have cancelled dispute, hoping to open again in 5days time, hope it the way out to get my money.

I have closed my own dispute....,, gonna open again on thursday or friday as directed by jboixxx..... Guess opening in 5days time is kul cus dats same advice given to me by jboixxx.....

hello guys just got my july1st order today

Guys AliExpress don dey para o. Imagine losing three disputes back to back within a week. These are SingPost items that have either "expired" status or "EDI received" for the past 120 days, remained untrackable and remain undelivered. These guys just dey dash out "invalid reason" like gift. I opened all these disputes like some 7 days after purchase protection expiry o, and that was even after sending message to the seller to extend it for about 30 days without response. I will now open dispute and attach evidence and the useless seller that has remained blind and deaf all along will surface from nowhere pleading that I close the dispute.

Instead of the useless AE team too to do diligent work, dem go just dey dash out "invalid reason" all over the place. I'm sure this attitude will soon embolden suppliers to commit fraud of refusing to send item but give false impression that they do. After all covid-19 affects shipping and AE have begun to favour them unduly in the arbitration that follows.

Dollar-Naira imbalance is worsening, even the Zenith card I hoped to get is still pending 4 days after it should have been ready; I kept getting this "no network to print card" complaints from their custocare, which seems to wanna validate the claim by someone up here that banks are reluctant to issue out new MasterCard. Our local PO by their attitude with poor logistics are making an already bad situation worse and more difficult to solve because as it stands, you can't entirely say if the AE team is wrong in their insistence that parcel has reached your country and asking you to visit your local PO.

Finally, this my back to back loss of dispute is the last straw for me. I think I'm done with purchases on AE for now. I will weigh my options and source a reliable 3rd party procurement and logistics service here on Nairaland. Then purchase my items mostly in bulk now (collate all the different items from the different sellers on AE) before having them shipped rather than the piecemeal ways AE does.

I tried placing an order this morning and i was receiving an error saying my card was declined! This is a card i have been using on Aliexpress for years now and even when it was renewed in January, i made some orders which was successful only for me to experience hitches now i want to place an order on behalf of a client

Is the problem from GTBank or Aliexpress...please i need answers because i am going crazy here as i type this!

, been calling nipost customer care with this number 0*8*0*7*9*0*3*7*4*0* 2. got it from their website, it goes through anyway but after asking for your tracking number, they will still say same thing that the item have not arrived Nigeria. im not sure they have a working customer care

I have been able to use $235 on my ECOBANK mastercard this month, but i have to use it for small small transactions like $15, $50, $70 per transaction, i think ECOBANK monthly limit is still up to 500...

Just to give hope to those of you still expecting their orders:

I finally got an order I placed on June 22, at 1.37pm. I was told they've been trying to reach me since last Thursday, July 30.

But what I find most funny is the fact that before I left home to go collect the package, track24.net latest updated was "Depart from transit country or district ". But now that I got home and rechecked, they've added a lot more info [see the picture below]. What I can infer from this is that the someone, may NIPOST, failed to update this info in a timely manner.

Another funny thing is, another order I placed just 6 minutes after I place the first one, is yet to arrive. The latest update on that is still "Depart from transit country or district". I guess the second order has almost arrived as well.

Today, I was called and I went to pick up an order that was sent from Umidigi since 14th March. Funny thing is the BP expired after sender made BP extension for like almost three times.
I didn't bother to open dispute as it was a prize..
Now, it has arrived

This is disheartening.

Nope... Its over... Dey simply repeat wat de judged earlier in dispute.. Many sellers mor go de ship real items now a d aliexpress go de release payment to them.. Sellers wan de cash out
