In my own opinion, they are now underreporting deliberately to keep people calm before reopening the economy fully. How did Nigeria get over covid just like that with the crowds and little adherence to NCDC guidelines everywhere? They are underreporting now or they deliberately inflated the number tested and confirmed infection rate earlier to scam us because they know the 'covid' around here is not the very serious strain. Something is just not right because the way they were going at it before, we should be battling serious community infection by now.

If it's true (which it's not), why do they overlook minor case centres till it becomes an issue? Look at Akwa Ibom for example with a lower statistics of cases, the agency will be realising lower discharged figures whilst for states like Lagos, higher discharged figures.

Guy forget NCDC report... Covid-19 cases in Nigeria is more than 10m. But the good news is that we are surviving it without government intervention. These are just cases among the little elites that are able to get the government's attention to get tested.

Oga he meant that the number we have is far less than what have been infected,. USA alone who did more tests is over 4 million. why do you think he is not making sense. the virus spread fast and may have infected very high percentage of the world population of which many are asymptomatic.

Well what more can we do . It's not like anything has changed before and post alleged lockdown. States governments don't care again and our health institutions aren't saying anything so I want to believe we've got nothing to worry about .

Crazy set of people, fooling the whole country. Few days ago, Lagos State commissioner for Health told us Lagos State will get to its peak this August, 3 days later, the governor of Lagos State closed down Eti-Osa isolation centre. What an irony. These thieves shut down the country economy because other countries were shutting down and reopened when other countries started reopening. Countries went into lockdown when they were having thousands of cases and hundreds of deaths, they reopened when number of new cases and deaths reduced drastically. Nigeria shut down with just 2 deaths and less than 50 cases, Nigeria reopened when the government claimed our cases and deaths were rising. What a shame. Govt full of thieves and clueless people.
