Most of my items showing dispatch to overseas are already in the Nipost offices. Yesterday i collected an item and today i received 3 sms from Nipost to pickup 3 more items. I think Nipost is gradually coming back.

Despatched overseas 22nd of July, tracked with track17 this morning, showed it arrived Nigeria, checked in the afternoon tracking information showed edi received, called my plug in post office around 3 she told me my item just got to the post office, she opted to bring it to me which I obliged to.

Collected my item 8pm... Nipost is working

Your item has been in Nigeria since June. You weren't called or texted? It's as if you've even forgotten about the order. You are just tracking it after four months

Go to your post office bro. Your item is most likely there. If it's not there they will tell you where it is and when you can pick it up

Pls help, I find myself in the similar issue. My order is at SENT ITEM ABROAD (EDI RECEIVED) since June 10th, BP elapsed yesterday and I open dispute this afternoon but was invalid.
I have cancelled dispute, hoping to open again in 5days time, hope it the way out to get my money.

Opened the dispute again today and it's now valid....they have even processed and ended d dispute,,, am now waiting for my refund...

And here I am getting vexed at NIPOST slow pace. You can't expect the bosses to be doing the sorting job of the lower cadres and even if they try to fill in, they can't be as proficient as those that are used to it, so if truly they are just gonna resume, then maybe we can cut 'em some slack and hope that situations improve next week onwards.

That's the problem with DHL and those high falluting logistics. It's not even likely to be a huge package or even weighty one. I have shipped bigger packaged Anker and Bose Bluetooth speakers on AE that had no "customs hold" update in the tracking.

I can bet it that if this small item was to be shipped with the various regular AliExpress shipping methods, it won't be held in customs or experience that "on hold" thingy.

level 12 are not low level staff o. Most people you see at the counter or dispatch areas are level 3-8/9.
And only level 12 are resuming cuz 13 and above resumed long ago.

This has happened before. July 24th to be precise but I ignored it, hoping I will get a refund by now but I didn't.
I use a UBA visa card to place orders on AliExpress since GTB wahala started. On the 24th of last month, I tried to use a coupon, but the order payment was unsuccessful due to security reasons bla bla bla but the annoying part is that I was debited for an unsuccessful order. Up to now, no refund info have appeared on my order, neither have I received any refund.
I had to call the UBA customer care to know why, but they were like if the transaction was unsuccessful, AliExpress will notify them to make the refund. On the other hand, AliExpress agents were like so long as the transaction was unsuccessful, that my bank is responsible for my refund.
The same thing also happened this morning again. I was was debited for an unsuccessful transaction
Now, since both parties are denying responsibility, who do I hold?
Has anyone experienced something like this?

Yeah I get the statement. I'm just wondering if unclaimed packages have anything to do with low mails. They don't need to "dispatch" anything. Just update information or text or call.
I don't see low mails as an excuse. Honestly I don't know how all these work so let them just do what they are doing.
