Port Harcourt, Lagos and Abuja have not just a mix of Nigerians but a visible presence of Non Nigerians. Kaduna has a mix of mostly Nigerians because of military schools. Kano also has a nice mix of foreigners.

Remove the last two (Akwa ibom and enugu) because there are not cosmopolitans and replace it with delta and Kaduna. that is my take on this issue.
