They don't issue master card sir. You can only apply for verve which cannot be use to make payment on foreign website

I wrote buyers protection ended and product not yet received....
Another thing is to know when seller shipped ur product.... Rember if he shipped on d 4day or 5th day then maybe ur buyers protection has not expired....
Wat is d reason they give for d invalid dispute....

Who has been buying and receiving at Ghana here? I need to buy some phones, can I mandate seller to send it to Ghana buy flight? I don't blind paying extra, how soon am I likely to get it if sent by flight?

Appealed an invalid dispute on aliexpress and got this...............can you imagine!
funny part is i have been to the post office on several occasion to check the order and request for official letter and was told Nipost doesn't issue any form of letter to anyone.
i just tire for this country i swear. my order might even be in Nigeria sef who knows. tracking still showing edi-received.

This is not inspiring at all

You can try ordinary shipping or see if you can negotiate with a seller for DHL

Please who knows how many days for DHL to pick up o

All these time people have been complaining about slow shipping. It's not AliExpress - it's NIPOST!
Many undelivered order are dumped somewhere and NIPOST are really slow in moving items. Worst part is, they don't even update tracking information.
This is why many of you are getting invalid response from AliExpress on order that is yet to show 'Arrived at destination country'.

Few days back, I saw someone post a review that he has got a cord he ordered from a seller here in Nigeria since March.
That was like five months within the same country.

I have a Yanwen shipments that arrived eight days after shipping since July. I'm yet to receive the item. Even though, I went to post office to receive a March order but the Yanwen order wasn't there. So, where is it?

One of the worst online shopping experience you can have is waiting for order to arrive for over 90 days, only the be requesting for refund at the end. It's frustrating!

I reached out to NIPOST today on twitter and Facebook and a worker of theirs reached me. He said the covid-19 issue slowed down somethings(we know the story). However, he gave me his personal contact to reach him om WhatsApp. I did and sent him my tracking ID. He tracked it and said the package hasn't arrived Nigeria yet. He works in the international airport. He showed it to me on his monitor.
