The people of Anambra where I come from are not really igbos.. They're actually igala and still have igala traditions till today.. Some of them also bear igala names like obaze, oseloka, enemali.. These are pure igala names.

You will also be surprised that the whole of Anambra North speak igala.. Those that speak igbo learnt it from neighbouring igbo states of : Abia, Ebonyi, Enugu and Imo

Igalas are the true owners of Anambara State, the few Igbo's in Anambra are just setlers. Over 90% of the wealthy people in Anambra are Igala.
