What could be the cause of this?
I barely sleep and sometimes not at,
But I feel fine and am not losing weight.
Doctors in the house is it ok?
What could be the problem?
Is there anyone feeling this way?
Will it affects me?
I need matured solution.

Welcome to the club, u have insomnia and it's a common problem among youths. There are multiple causes, ranging from lifestyle, stress, anxiety, poor sleeping habits, and even use of agents like caffiene and probably nicotine and alcohol. Treatment should be geared towards lifestyle changes, exersice, and developing good sleeping habits, sedatives could be used as prescribed by ur doctor.

Do check your blood pressure? If it is within normal range then your lifestyle might be the cause.

Tips.

Have a particular time you hit your bed at night. and make it not later than 10p.m

Your bedroom must not be your mini sitting room. No television, no radio.

Your phone MUST not be on your bed and most be far away from your reach. If possible put it on flight mode.

Tried using sedatives few years back, I ended up not sleeping a wink cause I was afraid I wouldn't wake up the next day grin
