Considering the quality of the team they both play for, I think it matters..

Unless you think Lille has a better squad than Chelsea

Will you also consider the opponents they faced?

Hahahahahahaha.... Ehmmm Danielnino00 my good man. You know, this is why Forgiveness is pretty smart. He can isolate one statement you made and drill it in. See as he don corner you but I trust you. You sabi debate too. But this is part of the Reason why I dey like him as my opposition... He makes debates sweet. As for my post, part of it shows how many times Tammy was subbed out and subbed in. But na una dey talk "halftime sub". Lol... That is another arena entirely. One Forgiveness wants to use to corner you wella. He is a bad man in arguments. You should know that by now. Lol

Egbon my dear Egbon... wat do you say? The thread haven't seen a Supernerd vs Forgiveness debating battle in a long long long time.

Should we entertain them one more time? cheesy

Hahahahahaha... How is Ajagun? cool

Hahahahahahaha... Rubbish. It is your understanding of these facts and figures that is messed up. Point out the bias in what those figures state. Please do.
People are making it look like Tammy didn't get gametime and were quick to use he had "less gametime" to justify Tammy's stats BUT THE TRUTH IS HE GOT DROPPED AT SOME POINT FOR POOR FORM. FACT!!!

I stated everything as it is...

What is biased in just stating the facts as it happened? grin

Obviously you are just pretending on my mention to rate Osimhen to make your point look legit. I have seen such before.

Tell me, where is the bias?

The bias is so CLEAR.

Cut the boy some slack. Poor form or no poor game, he did okay, I mean very okay.

You see what I mean? Your only purpose for quoting me was to shout bias with no concrete evidence. Isn't that the real nonsense?? grin Pretending under the umbrella of "I rate Osimhen too" is gonna fly with me.

You guys always take the stance that everyone's rating in here of Tammy, Tomori, or whoever else that is playing for another nation is based on some form of "We hate him b'cos he didn't choose us". That's very nonsensical and a lazy way of debating.

Now let me show you a post of mine that defined Tammy's season.

Utonwanne:

Look below.... That was my beautiful balanced take. Adios. wink

TheSuperNerd:
Dan. It's fine. Let it rest. I believe it's pretty obvious out there that Osimhen and Haaland are the leading U-23 young strikers/centre forwards (#9s) in world football today. When I add Mbappe(obviously the #1 although not a #9 but can be classed a striker/attacker), Lautaro, Rashford, Gabriel Jesus then you will see that Tammy doesn't crack that top 5. Werner should be in there too but he is 24 now.

Now Tammy's stats are indeed impressive enough for a striker but he is no way on the level of a lad who bagged same number of goals in all competitions despite having 10 games to play. Tammy played a full season in all competitions and still couldn't outscore a lad with 10 games to spare. The gap is clear.

Additionally, this is Tammy's first statistically good season of top flight football. Osimhen have had two already and headed for his third. Mbappe have been good from Monaco. Tammy is good alright but scoring 15 EPL goals doesn't make him world class as some ran the narrative that if he was a Super Eagle with these stats, we would tag him world class. Lol... That is very untrue and blatantly misleading. Yakubu did more than this and was never tagged World class even before his 2010 WC miss.

Iheanacho bagged numbers in his first pro season that saw him become the deadliest and most clinical forward in Europe BASED on GOALS per mins ratio but we never called him World class. We always said he had the potentials to become one judging from his first pro season in less mins at a top club like Man city while he was still 18-19 yrs old.

In all, I think it's fine. Let it rest. Tammy is good and has done enough statistically this season to enter the conversation of being among the best young strikers but he certainly isn't in the top 5 of such conversation. And this is the difference. Osimhen is in there. Haaland is in there. And so is Mbappe himself.

Sadiq Umar scored 17 goals with the likes of sakakovic and other unknown names with the "Vic" suffix but that doesn't mean he is better than Osimhen and Abraham

it's not rocket science
And what is Partizan Belgrade's status in the Serbian league? Your guess is as good as mine

And in case you have no idea, they're one of the two giants there ( alongside Red Star Belgrade)

So Tammy's case is almost equivalent to Sadiq's. And Osimhens is clearly different.

Lille is in the mould of Leicester city, Tottenham, and maybe Wolves of present. They've got several teams ahead of them in terms of status/pedigree in their league.

You mean they?

I don't think PAOK are concerned whether or not Fernabache makes UCL. PAOK themselves are trying to make it.

It's only fair they don't jeopardize their own chance of playing UCL so that their opponent can play UCL.

No, my question is PAOK are to play Besiktas then after Besiktas might sign PAOK striker Akpom.

Why would Akpom deny his future team UCL football? He should be supporting Besiktas not PAOK. His commitment might not be 100%.

I know forgiveness is trying to save face after Chrisooblog exposed his comment from 3 years ago rubbishing Osimhen.
He is obviously not as brave as his mentor Komekn who stayed long enough to push that agenda..

Forgiveness has been busy when Osimhen was scoring in France, won MOTMs,POTMs and African player of the year award in France and then bagged that juicy move to Napoli..
But when he saw a small crowd of Tammy fanboys,he found some time.. grin
Typical of him....

Which face? What post did Chrisooblog rubbish 3 years ago?

For your information, my comments is to debunk lies and not to debate who is better between Tammy and Osimhen. And that lie I must debunk. grin

Now, tell us how Tammy was yanked out at half-time due to poor performance. grin

We're talking about the quality of the team in their leagues and I will like to think you're not comparing Sadiq Umar to Tammy because that's what my comment was trying to debunk

Tammy faced better sides with an equally team better side while Osimhen faced average teams with a not so average team

The EPL is rated above Ligue 1, no twist and turns will change that

Great analysis here, mate, but I'm afraid it's flawed and not conclusive.
A player being substituted out doesn't always signify he's poor, it signifies he might have good competition.

To illustrate:
Aguero started 18 games but has been substituted out 10 times, only once has that sub been on account of an injury.

On the other hand, Harry Kane has started 29 games and has been substituted out just 3 times, never on account on injury.

But when starting(bar injury) Aguero scores in 53% of his games.
Kane scores in 48%.
Aguero scored 16 times . Kane scored 18 times.

This obviously shows that Aguero was substituted a lot because of the competition of the squad.
But Kane was not substituted enough because of zero competition.

This stat is not fair on Tammy because he has scored 9 in 25 starts compared with Osimhen's 10 in 25, but is still subbed way more.

But, yeah, Osimhen is clear of Tammy, man.

Thanks for saying it better.

I'm glad 'you saw what I saw'
