my able cappo we are progressing by His grace.
Please I don't know if anybody is feeling rib pain directly under the br**st on the right side it gets worse if I undergo stress or wear br*. Though my doctor said there's no problem but I'm just worried. Please anybody undergoing or that has underground this type of pain before?

I registered for Antenatal at Lasuth for Fridays, Please I'd like to ask, can I go see the Doctor when it's not my antenatal day? Cause I've been down with Cough and Catarrh and I've been told I can't take drugs, just warm water and fruit.

Want to meet the Doctor probably she can prescribe drugs for me and my next appointment is still next week Friday.

you can go and see your doctor anytime you have complain. I'll suggest you do hot water steaming this night and probably in the morning before you go to the hospital. I was told by my doctor not to use robb so I suggest you ask your doctor but cough and catarrh is part of my own package o.

I went there few weeks ago to make enquiry I was told that the registration fee is 17,600 as first timer and the pregnancy weeks will determine if you'll pay more or not while and VD and CS fee is approximately 20,000 and 80,000 consecutively. So I plan to register with them at 33 weeks so I'm currently using private hospital. Safe delivery to us all

No one prepared me for the recovery after CS, my goodness. My mind and body was fixed on having my baby vaginally. Nature really played a smart one by giving me a large baby despite me watching my food intake.


The past few days after childbirth has been tough particularly regarding breastfeeding. My baby is feeding well now though his weight has dropped but I’m glad we are getting a hang of it and he’s nursing now.

Man, the vigil and tiredness! I miss my pregnancy sleeping days now I understand why they say once you have a baby you no longer sleep well.

Regardless, I’m glad to have my beautiful boy and you all to share this experience with.


To my cappo bimberry and other August mamas that put to bed, a big congratulations from me and to remaining expecting moms, your bundle of joy shall be with you soon.

You can say that again, mama. The vigil is something else. Couple with sore nipples. You won't believe this is my 3rd. Nipple pain is scary.

Able Cappo, thanks for checking up on us. We’re doing fine all thanks to God. Baby’s kicks are still not so much, but scan says everything is fine.

The doctor says it could be because I’m a FTM and as such my muscles haven’t expanded so much so it’s absorbing most of the kicks and I can only feel little of it. Asides that I’m fine but TIRED. September should just come quickly ( I know I’m team October biko )

Loving your bump! Meanwhile I still have not finished battling nausea and vomitting oh. Also having a lot of stomach discomfort these days I was really looking forward to honeymoon...I don't know why mine has turned out like this.
