As a small boy, you don't tell elderly person that they are wrong.

Nigeria and frivolities - Gigantic structure has no bearing with good and efficient service delivery.

most government activities in UK are conducted in old brick/stone gothic ancient buildings but with excellent service delivery. We spend so much on structures without care on quality of services that would emanate from such building. Maintenance is another thing as our culture in this country does not align with proper maintenance.

The quality of leadership is no difference from the quality of followership. That's why I laugh when people condemn our leaders. They are product of the society. They are from us. The way they think is the way the Nigerian society thinks. Their thought process before they were elected is the same as the average thought process of an average Nigerian.

You see, in America and other western nations, they have good roads and they produce steel locally. Steel is used for build construction. So they are able to transport the steel over good roads at a low cost.

In Nigeria, our roads are bad and we have no steel mill. So steel cost and transportation costs are high.

So a small building like this in one remote place will cost so much to build. Don't be surprised when you later hear a relatively high cost.

Do they need the president to be present before comissioning just a 17 storey building?

That's right Sir, Mega star handled it,but such designs a not common.

The only project Bubu will not complete is PDP national secretariat. Despite raising over N21 billion through donations for a project of N7 billion yet PDP couldn't complete their national secretariat and one Cameroonian and a Chinese man were telling us "Let Make Nigeria Work Again." as if Nigeria was working during their covid-16 wasted years
