If you are not an agent allow us complain in peace, those on android 10 don't have 2 charging ports neither r their device more expensive than ours, every customer have right to complain as much as he wants if his expectations are not met, every negative feedback on this thread comes with serious criticism which is very bad, everyone should be allowed to complain and praise a brand when necessary, nobody should suggest i sell my device because I didn't come to you for counselling when i wanted to purchase the phone

Bros
You are complaining at the wrong place
It's like complaining to a carpenter about the headache you have

I use a Redmi note 8 and I can wait for the update even if it takes xiaomi 2 months.
For you on the other hand that can't wait
Go and contact xiaomi
Reach them via Instagram or Facebook.

Now you are talking but atleast you have gotten an upgrade b4, but it is wrong of you to tell someone to blatantly sell off his phone if he is not satisfied, if you were in my shoes u won't find that funny, phone wey i jst buy for that matter

I have been in your shoes and I wasn't shaken, that is the difference. It is better to get a bug free update late than to get a bug filled updates quickly.

1. Advice you sell it without nearing an outlet, they will undervalue the phone.

2. Post a Screenshot of your about phone.

Thanks

But they have been telling you to be patient, complaining about the lack of updates won't make it come faster. Why not just be patient for your own sanity? One thing that is guaranteed is that the update will come. Relax and don't get yourself worked up for nothing.

Are u this toxic in real life or u just choose to expose Ur shortcomings.
Everyone here is a user like u, some just trying to help others who might not be as techy savvy or who might not have the tools to research.
Remember these words "no one here owes u anything" u either take it or leave it.
U either calm down and wait or........

Are you on stock theme?

And is your device up to date?

I'll tell him to try that. I even asked him to switch regions to see if an update pops up but that didn't happen. Do you think a tweet will be effective or a direct email to their Africa desk?
there are 2 possible reasons
1) his configuration..after a quick search I saw that a particular configuration last got updated September 2019

2) he bought a device linked to a carrier and got it unlocked....the updates where probably pushed by the carrier and since he lacks their sim he won't get the update

Solution....he should go download and install the update manually or flash the ROM of another region on his phone.

I was suspecting my mobile network also, I switched from Glo to Airtel earlier today and charged fully but no difference. Not using any third party apps
