Back up important documents and restore factory settings

It worked for my Tecno w4 then I had to restore factory settings every 2 to 3 months

Nothing can be done since the damage had already been done despite warnings given by our Buddys here. My only advice is hand it over ceremonially to these Brothers below to do justice to it

To tell you the truth, you're not gonna be able to return it or swap for another device, even if it's the device fault and not yours.
Wish I could say warranty got you covered but Transsion doesn't know what it means.

My advice is you reflash the phone, sell it or give it to your younger sibling or grandparents and look elsewhere for another device from another brand.

oga calm down, if he want to change his phone, he can always make a swap at carlcare
