U are correct. It also depends on the stage ure at in ur career I guess. That will decide if it’s money or playtime.

For an upcommer u need to be seen on field of play by fans, advertisers and other clubs and not just training with others in camp. Luckily ozil has paid sm of his dues already so he can go for money I guess.
