God does not 'annoint' people in His New Covenant. That is an old covenant practice (note the old Covenant is also an everlasting covenant). In the New Covenant, people are born of the Spirit... totally different from the old Covenant annointings. God already told you that in the New Covenant, He himself will lead His people.... He alone will be the Teacher. He eliminated the need for MOGs/Teachers/Prophets and appointed Himself the Leader/Teacher/Guide/Counselor/Comforter/Helper.... for all His followers. let us see then. Let us assume we can suggest that the Law of two/three witnesses of old should apply, God, Jesus Christ, and even the apostle John , all 3 of them have borne witness to the fact that indeed God, through His Spirit of Truth, is indeed the only Teacher/Helper/Guide/Comforter/Counselor to all those who are follow Jesus Christ,the New Covenant.
