a friend of mine has been complaining of serious itching on his Scrotum which has caused him lots of wound while scratching he is complaining bitterly ...please is there any remedy to that??

Bladder or scrotum, which one? Either ways, that sounds like a fungal infection or STI, depending on your "friend's" lifestyle... Either ways, nairaland is not a hospital, so the least you can do is to visit a doctor or at least go to a pharmacy for prescriptions.

Go back to him and help him scratch his bladder then send the pictures let's see the reaction on it
