If Oyo state that is the size of the entire SE is managed by sensible people, why shouldn't it develop; but no, some dull brains think that large landmass equals low development.

PS: Out of the entire 27000km² in Oyo state, only 15 % can be said to be fit for human habitation and they can't even maintain it. Go to Oje, beere, ojoo, Mapo, Egbeda, abi na outskirts of the state at Saki. You will weep for that State. I swear if you can stay in Oje, you can stay in a pigsty.

What has population got to do with how developed you are? Austria has a population less than that of Kano state but the entire Nigeria is not as developed as Austria

Kano as a city is made up of 8 Local government areas and I'm sure they are bigger than the entire Anambra state. Kaduna as a city is even larger than Awka and Onitsha put together and they still have Zaria. So when you say Anambra is more developed, you can't rule out landmass. Travel out and see things don't just judge from a local lens.

How may soul can claim Anambra is beta developed than Rivers Akwa Ibom Kano n Oyo is beyond me.

Apart from Awka, Nnewi and Onitsha Anambra have many other fast raising cities such as Ekwulobia, Nnobi, Igbo-Ukwu, Agulu, Ogidi and Oba, Ihiala, Okija and many more to mention.

This one thinks that landmass means development. Its just to show how some Nigerians reason. Lagos is the smallest state in Nigeria but may Yorubas use that state state as a yardstick for the development in the entire South West. Some Northerners do the same with Abuja. When you now take away Lagos and Abuja, because as capital territories, they are far ahead due to massive government investment, you find out that certain people become naked
