Why do you think the Kaduna Refinery, despite be allocated 120,000 Barrels of Crude Oil everyday (to be refined and sold) stll report an annual LOSS of #69Billion in 2019 alone? Can you process that? It means it still collected #69Billion from Govt, despite collecting 120,000 Barrels of Crude Oil EVERYDAY (at say $40/Barrel and it is suppose to refine this Crude) and it neither returned the Crude Oil not money it got from sellingit in the balck market, lt us not even mention the Refinement! Or is it Gandollar you want us to mention? Or Buhari's Cousin Yussuf who the CBN Governor had to advise to dipserse the Trillions of Naira he looted into a single Bank account? Or is it the Min. of Humanitarian Affairs looting or the Ministry of Finance looting? Or it it the Ports Authority and Customs looting? People have just decided that the Looting by Northerners is too huge to bother about, afteral, they are in Government, LOOTING GOVT MONEY and they are "fighting Corruption" as best as they can.
