This Tim Akinola that signed for Arsenal reminds me of combactiveness of Taribo West...he is also tenacious and accurate in his tackles

Chris... This is the way to go on this particular one. Trust me my good man. If it was you who got banned... I will do the same thing. And that is also b'cos you are also a top contributor in here.

I understand the rules very well. This is why it is a plea. I especially understand that these mods have lives. Joebie's comments on the saying the mod should get a life was out of order surely but let's consider it a misstep made in the head of the moment. Worse things have been said by many against the mods/Supermods.

Please Semid4lyfe Sir... Sincerely I apologise on their behalf. You don't have to do what you don't want to do... But I wish you can just let this one pass. Please.

Chriskels... It is okay. Just let it go. I repeat, this thing I do, I will do same for you.

Did you ever watch that Chow Yun-Fat & Jodie Foster movie, Anna and the King?

If YES, do you understand why I have made reference to the movie?

If YES, you'll understand why I won't unban them despite your appeal.

Their ban is only for a week and they'll be back to posting before you know it.

They'll serve out their bans.

But he signed Mahrez,Bony,Seydou Keita,Benatia and even our own Kayode grin

While u think he is racist, I think he has a preference to certain players...

Come to think of it, how many tactically gifted players has Africa even produced?

I'm not talking about prolific goalscorers or rugged defenders o.. I'm talking about tactically gifted players like De Bryune, Xavi,Iniesta,Messi,Silva,etc... The kinds Guardiola likes...
Technically Mahrez ain't African to start with.

Next signing black players aint one iota lf proof. Yunno pep, signing and his plans are two different things.

Ighalo is on Ole's bench now. And even oyinbo fans are rattled at that. Dunno why they care so much now that they are out of winning any trophy this season.

Stop tryna prove Africans are alien to the talent talk. That's what i won't accept. There are equally loads of europeans Asians in the mix, but no one would point there cos as usual, we feel na we dey yan truth pass.

Its okay. That's why i love Klopp. He sees raw gold and instead of follow the pep route, he plays a vital role.

Anything that would make a renowned african legend that have won ucl, epl, la liga.... To begin to doubt why he was benchedand start to think twas cos of his skin.... A pro for that matter.

If Giroud is benched the way Yaya was, Giroud would know something was up.... Any pro player would... But Yaya is a City legend treated like some division star... That's just too far... Ni matter the preference excuse which i find crappy for a manager that has spent the most in world of club football....

Some have proved his bias right... But that's bound to happen if he has same bias at other races. So.....

You should have answered my question instead of writing this long episode....

You can't accuse Pep of being a racist and still say it's no big deal that he signs black players because in the real world, a black man from Africa and a black man from Europe aren't much different where racism is concerned..
If that wasn't the case, we will be seeing black coaches coaching teams in Europe top leagues..

Who is Man U DM?
Who is Barca DM
Matuidi is leaving Juventus if he hasn't left, outside matuidi, who is Juventus DM?
All of them, who among them is better than Ndidi?

The fact is Ndidi doesn't have a good agent, not that the big clubs DM positions are occupied
Man Utd have Matic right now but I agree that can do with Ndidi, we know Barça won't go for Ndidi type of DM, and I agree that Juve should be looking towards him but like I said maybe his agent isn't active enough

From Abola.pt...

MANSUR ARRIVES FROM ATLÉTICO MINEIRO TO CLOSE ZAIDU'S EXIT.

Brazilian left-back Mansur, who played for Atlético Mineiro, is a reinforcement for Santa Clara, having signed a contract with the Azorean club valid for two seasons.

Mansur is the fourth official signing for the next season, after Gustavo Viera, Jean Patric and André Mesquita, profiling himself as the successor of Nigerian Zaidu, who is in the process of transferring to FC Porto.

The 27-year-old Brazilian, quoted by the club's website, was enthusiastic about adding his first European experience, predisposed to learn and grow with his colleagues and predicted a good season for the club.

Zaidu's replacement at Santa Clara already signed.

Mod.. tamper justice with mercy and pls unban the monikers.
semid4lyfe:
1. I am the moderator of the Sports section and I have not acted outside the rules.

2. You guys insult yourselves daily on this thread but I overlook it because I know you all are friends, it's mostly light banter, there's an in-house mechanism for resolving issues and common sense will prevail at the end of the day.

3. Andrewbab44's outburst and insult to Xeun was without provocation, unnecessary and plain silly.

His quoted post above contravenes rules 2 and 20 of the forum.

4. Joebie, even after being shown the reason for which andrewbaba44 was banned still doubled down and insulted the moderator which contravened the same Rule 2 and 20; and to what purpose?

Solidarity with his friend?

Anyway, he boasted he doesn't give a damn even if he's banned for eternity so he should take his 1 week ban like a man and stop whinning.

The stubborn fly that refuses to let go off the corpse will also go six feet under.

A pleasant day to Y'all.
