he was. he played in the match against egypt home and away in 2016 that led to our failure to qualify for the 2017 AFCON

forgiveness:

Victor Moses was not part of the team that failed to qualify for 2015 and 2017 African cup of Nations. You just like making comments without getting your facts.

Is Emenike still playing at the highest level? I don't why common sense can't prevail in small things like this.

I repeat Victor Moses and Ighalo have the experience to add to the team. Fact

I believe he was. At least I remember him missing the sitter against Egypt in kaduna, I think that was 2017.

Moses has retired na. The argument shouldn't even exist.

He was not part of that team throughout the whole 2015 qualifications under the marking manager Keshi and from the beginning of the 2017 Africa cup of Nations qualifications under Siasia until that crucial matches against Egypt when eyes don open say we were at the verge of not qualifying for the nations cup for the second time.

He was even benched until the last 18 minutes against Egypt in the first leg. That was after things don dabaru finish. He played the second leg though. So, he was not part of that 2017 team. Mbanu.

Are we ready for another Victor Moses drama? I say we let him go. He has done his bit but I doubt his devotion will be there.

I think our real setback is that we have not yet developed sufficiently as an offensive unit. So we rely on individual performances to see us through tight moments. Rohr should emphasise on pushing the team forward offensively. Rohr should try now. Tuchel, Nagelsmann, Flick, Klopp and some other offensive tactical gems of the moment are Germans.

PSG won due to individual brilliance. Hence, individual brilliance can't be thrown aside.

Abi you wan tell me say if Aguero was in that team, Man city will loose. I don't think so.

Why? If an experienced player is still very active in a top club or league, I think will prefer such player.

For example, I will choose Balogun over Adeboroye. I will prefer Iheancho over Desser. I will choose Ighalo over any striker and I will choose Victor Moses over any winger we have now. Why? These guys don get experience and they are still active.

Why will you choose Ighalo over Victor?

I don't think Osimhen has been officially unveiled as a Napoli player yet...

Any reason for that ??

Following up on this breaking news... There is something I want us all to understand. This shift applies to CAF, AFC, Concacaf, Conmebol and Oceania but not to UEFA...

Read again below..

"Men’s international match calendar to replace the window from 31 August to 8 September 2020 with a window from 24 January to 1 February 2022 for all confederations except UEFA. This means that there is no mandatory release of players for member associations from these confederations in September 2020."

This means players within the UEFA confederation will be released for international friendly games in September/October. So European teams will go ahead with their friendlies and this might as well mean the Super Eagles may also go ahead with theirs as all our first team players are Euro-based and within the UEFA confederation.

I am not yet certain of this as pertains to the Super Eagles but it is my suspicion. But all Euro teams with friendlies will go ahead with them and not wait till January/February.

TheSuperNerd:
Breaking News

FIFA has moved the international window for the friendlies to January-February 2021.

No friendlies for September and October. So Nigeria vs Portugal, Portugal vs Spain and any other friendly fixed initially for Sept/October has been moved.

Details to follow.

Yes there is. The Italian transfer window officially opens on September 1. So his move to Napoli becomes official in the books of Serie A from September 1. In September he will also be officially unveiled physically and have his first press conference as a Napoli player.

What we have now is just the official announcement of the deal but from Sept 1st, all Italian league transfers completed before that date become officially activated.

Highlights of Tolu Arokodare's statement on his dispute with his club

1. I knew about Vameira declining an offer for me before the match against Sparta where I scored 2 goals
2. Anderlecht offered a Latvian record fee for me, one million euros
3. I offered to stay until the end of the Latvian season before joining Anderlecht in November, but my club have refused all of this
4. I will refuse any other offers that come for me, I only want to move to Anderlecht

The club is not helping matters

Take your own advice oga...

Robben left Bayern in the 2018/2019 season..
The 2019/2020 season which is "last season" has already ended..

Your negative prejudice has so befuddled your sense of reasoning. You seem unable to comprehend the common English. The term last season is qualified by the words, "in Bundesliga".

Let me quote myself verbatim "Almost retired Robben 5 goals from 12 games last season in Bundesliga" Which is 2018/19.

But like a red flag to an angry bull you just cannot restrain yourself.

Actually,he can comprehend English well..

It's just that his blood level rises when certain homegrown players are being praised here..

The other day, somebody posted a story about Sevilla being interested I Awaziem,he didn't say anything..then another story linking Awaziem to Turkey surfaced and he was all over the place with glee..

komekn is Right. Chukwueze doesn't have salah or mane style of play, you can liken him to zaha, hazard or willian. Chuks doesn't score much goals . I'll say Onyekuru has salah style of play.
