So, threatening someone's life na part of football? Okay na.

Na money turn the switch.

Lmao ISIS literally threatened Messi and Ronaldo but they still played in the world cup
Though I'm not saying these threats are a norm but they do happen and all professional players should know this

I meant the last world cup in Russia not any gaddem AFCON. Musa was ineffectual so was Iwobi , Moses , Iheanacho , Ighalo.

So the two goals he scored against Iceland that gave us a chance of qualifying for the round of 16 was useless??

Only Musa scored open play goals in Russia 2018 for Nigeria and he scored 2 of our 3 goals

Balogun was disposed because he was not active at club level.. surely, you didn't expect us to be using a bench warmer when we have more capable players available..

If Ighalo ran because or criticism, then he is a coward because getting criticised is very normal for footballers.. As for Moses, we all know he was not really committed to the national team..
Iheanacho is still part of the team... he just lost his starting shirt, nothing more.

That being said, I don't see the kind of experience the aforementioned players have that we are missing in the super eagles...
We still have players like Ekong,Musa,Ndidi,Etebo and Iwobi who have been part of the team for long and played at 2 major tournaments plus their experience from playing at their club levels..

We are very much alright and can do without the "old players"..

You don't see the experience the aforementioned players have. How come Algeria caged us during the African cup of Nations?

Do you think Victor Moses can be caged like that?

Don't forget Ighalo was the highest goalscorer in the African cup of Nations. He left because people threatened to kill him.

People claimed Vicmo but he was always available for crucial matches and made the difference. I don't know what you are talking about.

You really need to pick up that English class Kome proposed, I think you don't know the meaning of ineffectual, because if you do you won't mention Musa and iheanacho in the same sentence (as per 2018 performance)

Wasn't Moses part of the team that failed to qualify for the 2015 and 2017 AFCON?
Wasn't Moses caged at the two world cup he played for us?

This isn't true. Ighalo left because the trip from China is always difficult, the moment he joined Man Utd he said he could still change his mind about playing for us. According to report, Moses retired because he want to focus on club football and spend more time with his family

Messi nko, Higuain nko
These guy's have suffered far worse criticism from argentines but still play for their national team. Messi was literally booed by his own fans in a competitive match

Emotions will always get the better of fans when they don't see results

Most people only make noise on social media, but that so shit in real life..

Ighalo was in Nigeria after that world cup, how many people went to attack him at his house and carry out their threats?
I'm sure he visited Ajegunle during that period too... Did the stone him?

Yakubu that received a lot of death threats after his world cup miss, has he been killed ??

Nigerians have mad love for football and can lose their cool when results go against their teams...it's normal...

Not everybody can take that especially when your family is threatened.

All these things you are saying still doesn't change the fact that Ighalo has no kind of "experience" the super eagles currently needs..
If he should return to the team,he will sit on the bench for Osimhen..the same way Iheanacho sat on the bench for him...

Unless Rohr dy craze...

Tell him jare.

When we should focus on getting more youngsters like Ejuke,Eze, Saka,Ejaria, etc into the team, somebody is talking about bringing back old players because of experience..

Which experience?
The players he mentioned didn't even play up to 40 games with the super eagles..
