A Nigerian woman, Aisha Yesufu, who has been an advocate for good governance, has reacted to the rejection of the governor of Kaduna State, El-Rufai, from making a speech at the forthcoming NBA Annual General Conference .

It was reported earlier today that prospective participants at the upcoming NBA Annual Conference, have rejected the inclusion of the name of the Kaduna State Governor, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, which was included among those that are scheduled to speak at the forthcoming Virtual Annual General Conference, scheduled to hold between 26thand 29th August 2020

Part of the reasons they gave for the rejection of El-Rufai, was his inability to checkmate the killings going on in Southern Kaduna. He is considered incompetent and they don't want him to use their platform to misinform the general public. Many have vowed to withdraw their registration if the name of El-Rufai is not excluded from the list of speakers at the event.


Aisha Yesufu who shared her thoughts on the rejection of El-Rufai by members of the NBA on Twitter, was seen dancing with so much excitement.



She said the revolution has started, but they are not aware yet. She explained that El-Rufai was supposed to speak at an NBA event, but lawyers revolted, saying they would not allow an incompetent governor, whose people are being killed, and instead of him to go after the killers, he is busy going after the victims, the people that are being killed.

The lawyers said they don't want him near the event, and many have vowed to cancel their registration for the programme if El-Rufai is allowed to attend the programme, she added. She also said she was so glad that the revolution has started, and people are now calling out incompetent leaders, people are now saying enough is enough of this nonsense, from those who are supposed to serve us. She went further to encourage Nigerians to call out bad leaders
