Thank you very much, from what we have all read , it does not appear to be a premeditated murder. The accident could happen to any youngstar though very sad a life is involved. How many of the people saying they should be jailed have not done worse things in youthful exuberance? These boys have been dragged and have been in incarceration for months and will have to deal with the emotional trauma of killing their friend.

We are a bunch of hypocrites and we talk but never take action, selfish and self centred!

No! Set free means the panel of inquiry did their investigation and found those 2 not culpable hence they won't be charged to court!

I'm pretty sure if you were in a cab and your Uber driver hits and kills a pedestrian you won't want to be charged alongside the Uber driver.
Apparently the guys set free were the other occupants of the vehicle that hit her, and not the driver. The driver will be charged for manslaughter.
That's the right thing to do.

Rip to the dead. The other 2 guys are just occupants or passengers of the vehicle driven by the third guy who happened to be the driver. Even at that, the driver might prove his case to be involuntary manslaughter. It is not intentional.
