Once the battery for the fan is full, you disconnect it from power source, what I said before will serve you.

Get inverter with inbuilt charger and buy like 200ah battery.the inverter will be charging the battery for you.you can buy famicare 12v inverter(32k) with inbuilt charger and 200ah quanta battery(110k)

No,its imported. The only thing u need is to put the panel on ur roof and connect it to the box
