Apart from farm investments, I also invest in real estate through pettysave. They had one that went for 20% in 6 months. Presently, the one on ground is 18% for 7 months. I also invest with themap. They pay 15k weekly for 6 months for an investment of 180k
Ok. We should all start looking into those two as well then. Pettysave and themap.ng. For now, I'm still examining PayvestCarbon. I'll move to either TRJ, Aella or Rentcrowdy next. So y'all should share what you find about those two.

UPDATE
Actually my initial, cursory look at themap.ng is not encouraging at all as they are:
1. Asking for big sums of money per unit.
2. The returns they are promising looks way too good to be true.

Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. If themap wants to prove that their promised ROI is indeed sustainable, I'll have to see extraordinary evidence of their operations. That's my prima facie assessment.

Also, an initial look at Pettysave shows that most of their investment offerings are agritech opportunities with a few real estate openings here and there. That doesn't help my aim of diversification all that much. But hey if they're legit and run sustainable investments, that's another solid firm to add to the agritech list maintained for Nairalanders by MummyIMadeIt.

I learnt about them early this year though they have been in operations (not crowdfunding) for some years, about 5 years I think. My colleagues and my family members have been investing with them since January and they have not defaulted. Though my worry about them is that these days their payments spill out Tuesdays rather mondays as before. Also they are expanding into different areas which I am not conversant with.

I think TheMap is the next direction I'll be moving, been following them for a while. But there entry value I saw was about ₦450,000 or there about, and that was what kept me away plus there unorganised website I think @pepchizy should put us through.

I am currently engaged in 4 investments with them.
Do they pay? Yes. not on time but within the week.

My experience? They are very very disorganised. You are to track your investments by yourself and follow up with them weekly for your payment else they may forget you. You think their website is wack?? wait till you call them to ask for your investment details. They will tell you they do not know and that investors are to track and know it themselves. This is if you are able to reach them o.

Summary: They are legit but very disorganised. if you know you cannot track your investments and follow them up weekly for your payment via calls messages DMs then don't do o. If you can follow them up then sure you will surely get paid weekly.

I very much agree with you. That's is my issue with them too. At times they overpay their investors. I have had cause to visit their office several times to resolve issues. Right now, i do not have any problem with them. But they seriously need to improve.

All these things that I am hearing is just telling me that "egungun, be careful". If a company is so disorganized that it can't do proper bookkeeping and tracking of people's investments, if they have to be chased up and down before they pay me, and if, even while they are "paying" it's not so easy to contact them, then it's all a ticking timebomb in my opinion. I personally won't be looking at investing with them any further. That's me though. Everyone else can do as they see fit. Thanks.

My first turn off was the site. Very verbose, full of so many things that if you clink on them...NO SHOW...why not reduce the interface and add them gradually as each investment comes online.

Hi,

I invested with Pramopro in Feb 2020 for the 6mth plan and got paid out about 2 weeks ago on the exact maturity date with no hassles. I re-invested the money for another 6mths. They also have 4mths, 8mths & 12mth plans at pretty decent ROI's.

For me, so far so good and funds transfer through monnify incurred a charge of only N500.

I am loving this diversification conversation outside Agritech space. Does anyone else have any experience with Pramopro?

Hi Guys,
Theres another investment platform called Pramopro. Thinking of giving them a trial though. Would welcome anyone with information about them.

I visited the site yesterday, very stressful I must say.. But I downloaded a pdf file of about 2.7 MB from the site, it has all their investment plans clearly stated with complete calculations on all investment plans.. The pdf file is just like an investment book. It even has all the procedures for investing with them, including phone numbers and account details as well as termination of contract.. I am still going through the 'book'..

Nice work!

Do you mind sharing the pdf...Thanks.

I invested in 2 of their packages yesterday after doing my DD.

I chatted with their agent on WhatsApp and I was sent about 5 PDF files on their various investment packages.

The PDFs are too heavy to be sent here, you can send your mail so I can forward it or you reach out to their agent on WhatsApp 0.8.0.3.8.3.2.8.6.5.5 for enquires.

Hi everyone. Good evening. I am an investor and affiliate partner with themap.

Every claim made here about the website is true about the turnoffs. So I've been with them actively for about 4 months in which I got my 14th ROI last Monday.

For those who needs copies of the pdfs of the investment, kindly reach out to me on whatsapp or my email on my siggy and I'll definitely send them to you.

Also, if you don't want to read all brochures but you intend to know about all packages, also reach out and I'll be willing to share as much as I know.

Cheers!

Which of the Investment offers are you with them on?

Kindly give specific detail of this investment; the pros and cons.

Lastly, share your experience with them (overall); ease of transaction, payment, customer relationship etc.

Thanks.

I invested on the 780k bike plan that gives 30k weekly for a year and 250k location plan that gives 15k weekly for 8 months.

Am not sure about the pros and cons of difderent investment plans as you can choose whichever one you're comfortable with. As for the company as a whole, the major advantage is that they're transparent with their dealings and they live to their contract.
Cons: currently, communication is poor but they're currently working on bringing in CRM Managers to close that gap. They've been having issues with over payments and unpaid ROIs as at when due. Monday is supposed to be payday but sometimes, payment delays for some investors till Friday. This could be due to network glitches or other factors outside my reach (the latest I have personally received my ROI is on Tuesday afternoon in the past 14 weeks).

Your last question has been covered generally above. You make payment to their corporate account in which an invoice will be generated to you in 48 hours. All plans have maturity day of 30 days before your ROIs start to flow in weekly usually without much hassles.

They also have 2 offices here in Lagos.... NAF shopping complex in Ikeja Airport and Bisola Durosimi Etti Drive, Lekki Phase 1 for physical verifications of claims.

Cheers Chief!

The bike u invested in, did u see it? How are u sure it was that particular bike dats fr u. Also, the location stuff u talked about, did u see it?

I'm more concerned that they use the money for exactly what dey said it will be used for, not in only in their paying...

Also, the issue of over-payment sounds worrying to me, I mean, how is that possible??
