Hi. I know you are the resident MBA officer here. I'm ready to start my investment but my ID card has expired (expired this month) and i cant go through the process of another one now. What else can i use? I dont have dicers licenceor viters card. Only intl passport and it just expired this month. Thanks

Lol....I'm not "the" resident here o. KYC rules require that people provide a regulatory ID. Get an NIMC slip and you'd be fine

You need to be calming down o. Did you get your Payment ID by text?

We recently rolled out a new business management platform with accompanying quirks as with all new systems. In my branch for example you'd get a contact number of the department responsible for entering clients data. We are still working on automated emailing of receipts immediately your investment is confirmed. It's work in progress.

I have the phone number of one of their staff at Lekki.

I was at their Lekki office and was calling the guy but he wasn't answering. I reported to the customer support there and they called him and he came out. This is the same guy that wasn't picking my call.

This is typical of nigeria businesses. Have you ever tried calling DSTV when you have issue to resolve?

High chance he wasn't with his phone. I can assure you that if he didn't want to answer you he would not have come out to the front office. You know we can see visitors from inside without coming outside.

So you feel by coming here your regrets would fade away ?

We don't offer anti-regret pills here.

If I were you with this sudden regrets, I would go and terminate the investment.

Never engage in anything that mess with your peace of mind. Peace of mind is essential in everything you do in life.

If you still want to go ahead with the investment, then do the following :

if the office you registered is not far from your house and you are less busy, then go there and ask them why the delay. this time collect the number of your account officer (Not customer care number) that you can contact anytime.

And remember to be nice to your account officer (the nigerian way), so that they answer your call with speed and joy.

While I personally don't encourage it, trust me being nice (the Nigerian way as u put it) will get a lot of things done easily for you. I'm not saying bribe o. But it's only human nature to lean to whoever treats you nice. Some customers only contact their Account Officers when they have issues. Manage and maintain the human relationship and trust me you'd be fine. Someone earlier was saying her Account officer is "charging" her 4k to rollover. Just to print 4 pages. That's not quite correct. Account officer would probably have to print out their passport photo to attach on the form, print out other documents like Bank statement, valid ID and all. No one would that at their expense. Minus the "stress" of having to do this for several other investors they manage. Add to that the sense of entitlement a lot of customers carry. Some account officers can get overwhelmed. Manage that relationship and trust me you'd be fine. If however you feel you are better off coming in to the branch it's also fine. Customer is king and we are here to serve you. But not at cost to us

You most likely have DND enabled on your phone. Disable it by texting ALLOW to 2442.

Then send me your name (as provided on your form) and phone number. Send via Telegram

Well said Sir.

Manage and maintain the relationship you have with your Account officer.

A Simple recharge card can go a long way in managing such relationships.

Which one is the payment ID? Is it the alphanumeric digits they said we should use as depositor’s name when making the payment at the bank? If so then yes I got it by text. I just feel the company should do better especially with customer relations and alleviating people’s fear, a lot of money is at stake here. I called the customer care number endlessly nobody picked. I’ll have to go back to the branch I invested in on Monday. Thank you for taking time out in responding to me.

Yes, it is clearly written there in the MOU I got, I went to their office to register and the person who registered me also said so, apparently, the plan I invested in just started last week. Seems they are coming up with new policies every other month. That aside, do you think I’m so stupid as to make up getting a confirmation message? Why can’t you engage someone in a friendly manner instead of displaying your lack of home training? If you can’t help me waka pass:

And do you think he would have responded to you the way he did if you had explained your initial complaint like you did above.

Your initial complaint was not detailed enough and would only receive backlash because the haters of MBA normally come here most times to sow seeds of panic.

We don’t accept that here.

Every complaint or questions about your investment must be detailed enough and void of insults against MBA and its investors on nairaland for it to receive a good answer/ response that you would like.

We are not troublemakers here, but we must also protect what is ours from haters.

Do u hVe account officer?

There is nothing anybody here can do for you, the common sense approach in your scenario is to go back to the office registered

No cause for Alarm.

Your ROI should drop between now and 3 days time.

I Believe you have also not received your MOU which allows for a 7 days window between your due date and the time you would receive your ROI .

Most times the ROI would normally drop in less than 3 days after your due date. so be patient..

Any delay after 3 days, then start thinking of going back to the office as advised above.

Good day guys, Pls I'm interested in this mbaforex stuff, I've done my assignment, read bulk of the thread, and also registered online. But my question is, can I fund my account online and still get my ROI as at when due without any hitch?

PS:
I got some information on here that online funding of account is no longer allowed, pls is this correct? Thanks

And I'm far away from Lagos and other states where they have physical office. Will appreciate ya response as I plan to start this month.

Before online people would reply you, let me tell you my mind. I don't fancy the online investment method.

The complaint and unnecessary question is just too much.

Online investment is smooth for some but it is a nightmare for others.

Since you have done your homework and have read through this thread, you should also know that there is someone here that can help to process your investment without going through the online headache.

You dont pay the money to him, you pay to MBA Account and then he helps you process your investment. He becomes your Account officer incase you need Assistance on any issue.

Forex Investment: Earn 40% for 6 months.

If you know anyone that is interested in investing into FOREX for 6 months and earn 40% return every month.. Please direct them to me.. 0 8 0 3 9 4 0 9 0 0 2.(whatsapp/call)

The minimum investment capital is #100k. You will get 40% of your capital monthly for 6 months. At the end of the 6th month chain, your capital will be returned to you with 40% due to you for that month. However, if you wish to continue your investment with the company, there won't be any need to refund your capital back to you.

The guarantee here is if you don't get returns at any time in the month. The capital will be returned to you immediately. But this will never happen because it's legit. Your investment will be backed by a deed of agreement you will sign into.

If I say that i would report you to Fxmanager and Fxjones, so that you can explain how you generate your 40% monthly ROI,

My guy @ ifeanyija would tell me to ''stop this wickedness'' grin

@ Iamfemi, not that i doubt your trading skills or ability to deliver, but we don't know you here.

if only 2 or 3 Ancestors of this thread can vouch for you, then investors here would start taking you seriously.

If you want this thing to really fly here, then you need the blessings of the Ancestors.

In June I found this platform and read virtually 70% of post and comments, some I laughed some I SMH (some people go still ask what is SMH, Oya it means shake my hair... Lol)
Good news is, there is more positive vibe here than the negative.
Lesson is, the reason for being here vibe better.
And so in June I tried a couple of Milli and in July, though 2 days late I got my first alert. August same date I got the second ROI (Return on Immunity I choose to call it)
So I called my Account officer yesterday and appreciated in my little efforts plus I appreciated the person who carelessly discussed this with me with one tenth of my first ROI (I call that seed of faith and Guarantee)
God willingly, I made up my mind to get my wife run the new special package just introduced. I love the 50% quarterly ROI and the 12 months Monthly. Shud engaged this next week.
Guys, be positive.
I traded for few days even without a forex trading professional coaching with about 900 USD and the only thing I could report is this guy's are real.
I made about 135 USD in 3 days. Not trying to convince anyone shaaaa Maka ndi thomas but point is to let you know that your fund is safe and being used well to produce guaranteed returns.
I wanted to attach some evidences but I changed my mind.
Believe whatever you believe and it works for you.
The world is in your hands and the universe makes way for those who knows where they are going.
