The ibibio are too greedy and are not fostering brotherliness , even Akpabio who is from annang did not rule in peace because they were always on his neck. Akpabio handed over to ibibio instead of Oron due to pressure .

The seaport was relocated from Mbo to Ibeno for political reason to spite the Oros. What is happening in akwa ibom is too bad and one day it may come back and bite the ibibio in the ass because what goes around comes around . The Eket,Ibeno and Oros are marginalized. the Eket have just accepted to be slaves unlike the Oros who stand up for themselves.
So because Oron don't identify as Ibibio which they are not , is that a reason to marginalize them? The truth is that Oron and even Eket should have remained in Cross river because they don't fit in Akwa ibom and are not happy being there .it looks like they are just tolerating . but I heard babangida only put them in akwa ibom because no bridge .
In life you can't fit a square peg in a round hole . I feel Oron aligns more with the Efiks while annang and ibibio align . it's the same thing in Igbo land, Imo and Abia align, Anioma and Anambra align , Enugu and ebonyi align. Also the same in Yoruba land.

When I saw the news yesterday,my first reasoning was that if I was a legislator,I would have mustered the courage to reject the car gift and request the Governor to channel the resources to other pressing needs of the already over frustrated masses especially the youths.

Do the maths and you’ll be amazed how much was expended for this frivolous gesture amidst other schemes.

I am very sure that no federal legislator has genuine need for extra vehicles after the luxury vehicles they received just of recent coupled with their heavy allowances and salaries.

I commend the young man because his conscience is still functional but I don’t know how long he can keep it alive.

Very true.very brave and courageous young man.the oyigbo road is the worst road in rivers state.inspite of the huge population,commercial and economic importance of that LGA to rivers,wike neglects oyigbo.he has also neglected etche.maybe its because apc is strong there
