Maybe I don’t know the meaning of a decent club

Is Mikel not better than the defensive midfielders at Brighton Newcastle eibar Hellas Verona and co ?

don't mind him. He left chelsea and turns himself to small club player. Very annoying. Average Nigerians ain't ambitious

I don’t understand

Even the likes of Miguel veloso are still playing top flight football while older than obi

Mikel is a good player but I just feel he doesn’t like challenge

Bro stoke no be decent club at all...they are supposed to be playing rugby.
Even 35 years old Thiago Silva is moving to Chelsea and 33 years old Mikel signed for stoke.

I disagree how many of the current young pretenders have actually got to the levels of Onazi.

Yes he lost form but he is now playing in Seria A and if he performs then his call up should be automatic. IMO.

According to Berkshire Live, Anglo-Nigerian star Ovie Ejaria is set to join Championship club Reading FC permanently, bringing an end to a six-year association with Premier League champions Liverpool, whom he joined from Arsenal.

The Football League have given permission to the Royals to sign the 2017 England U20 World Cup-winning midfielder.

The deal had been help up because the EFL placed a soft transfer embargo on Reading which restricted the club from registering new players.

The report added that Ejaria will sign a four-year contract with Reading on Thursday and could feature in tomorrow's pre-season friendly against Tottenham Hotspur.

The 22-year-old has spent the last one and a half seasons at the Madejski Stadium, scoring four goals in 55 appearances across all competitions and has also taken in loan spells at Sunderland and Glasgow Rangers since his arrival at Anfield.

A former England U21 international, he has chosen to switch international allegiances from England to Nigeria and is one of the players on the radar of manager Gernot Rohr ahead of the resumption of the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.

So after all the noise, na for championship Ejaria end up, and for such an unambitious club like Reading FC, yet some guys wanna compare him with a player in the La liga?

Hmm make I no talk wetin dey my mind sha grin

I must agree with you here, I would take Onazi ahead of the young pretender Ejaria in the CM. No way I'm gonna overlook a Seria A player with Onazi's Pedigree for a pretender in the championship whose game is still High School like

Ogenyi Onazi one time core player for the SE midfield has just signed a three year contract with Crotone.

Onazi is only 27 and has a lot of football left in him and a lot to offer the SE if he can capture his previous form.

However, there has been NEAR SILENCE almost embarrassing silence. But why ❓

No celebration or accolades and or the obligatory praise singing. Just near silence.

Onazi on form is an excellent player admittedly the last few years he has not been outstanding. Nonetheless, l think this is GREAT NEWS for the SE.

His experience counts a lot. He is still a good player. We still need him in the super eagles
