Not possible for now. Just keep a good relationship with your account officer and don't forget your date of investment for your ROI

I think wit the new plan investment counts after confirmation and confirmation might take 5 working days, that was what they told me when I invested on 21st this month at lekki brand.. but I don't know about online maybe investment counts immediately

If you have genuine complain (note: as online investor) send them mail and give them time to reply. If they don't, you send again. Any how careless mail you send them they will not reply o, note that, because Nigerians too do. It must be GENUINE complain or request from online investors only, else you'll be on your own.

The online route is now the new bae MBA FOREX is canvassing/promoting now. Its all over their Facebook and Instagram page. I think they need to do a simple FAQ for the online investors. It will solve a lot of headaches!

MBA is for the patient but consistent, bold and brave ones. If you don't have these qualities please keep off.

If you are impatient don't invest. If you are faint hearted don't invest. If you easily panick because of what people say, don't invest.

If Dangote was faint hearted, he would not have reached giant strides as he is today.

Allow us enjoy MBA in peace.

I'm speaking from experience. Corporate mail should have autoresponder as means of acknowledgement pending when real response comes but till date,nothing like that here. Their unprofessional clerk\secretary need to sit up and respond promptly to mail enquiries. The new campaign is the ONLINE route hence the need for utmost seriousness. Mind you I still have a pending enquiry that has not been attended to over 2weeks now.

MBA has FAQ on their website. Don't misguide anyone.

We should learn to read and research before drawing conclusion.

God will help us through this journey,however there is room for effective and prompt communication between the company and investors. In fact adequate training for the staffs is crucial to the survival of this scheme. The avalanche of complaints on Facebook and Instagram is overwhelming.

Like I said in my previous post. U must have a GENUINE complain else they won't reply u.

U can't send them an enquiry for starters and expect a reply when all enquiry is right there in the FAQ section of the website. They have too many mails from online investors to reply, why will they leave that to answer irrelevant emails that's already answered on the website?

If I'm the one I won't reply you as well.

We should all read and do research before going into anything.

I spent one full month to go through everything on their website. I did thorough research about them before investing and of course I prayed for God's direction or a sign before I finally invested.

Some challenges people are having is because they didn't take their time to find out all about MBA, the steps to follow and what to do. They just jumped into it because others are investing. Then they start having complications along the way. Patience is key.
