Does one person using the term "we" equate to speaking for the whole country? I don't have the time now to dumb things down for you please, you obviously need to continue and even intensify your schooling efforts.

it's obvious u skipped primary school.

The decision is not cast in stone.... depends on the review of the modeling from the Health Ministry. Just before the opening date.... the numbers will spike and schools will not be reopened or shut down again. He will then say he warned us that the day was not set in stone.
Schools will not be up and running before everyone can be vaccinated.

With Covid, I am still paying tax as a teacher since March.

Well, that's because you are one of the few who are still getting paid. Government is purely doing this for the taxes which they've sorely missed. LASG is broke and needs all the money it can get its hands on at the moment. Taxation is all they ever care about.

The governor possibly be serious. Hopefully he is just fishing for comments. Most schools have over-crowded classes and hostels/dormitories. They can not implement social distancing if all the students resume.
Yes, the infrastructures in our schools are not enough but I still think we should resume. I don't know if you live in my own part of Lagos, if you go on the roads and market, you'll see low compliance that will make you wonder why people are not dropping dead yet.
What about states about to conduct elections, where's the compliance there

Students should be responsible, I think we should resume and protect ourselves. If we wait till COVID is over, we may lose 2 or more academic years

Tentative; meaning it's not cast in stone. Although what else is remaining? We've all thrown social distancing in the bin.

imagine the epicenter of the pandemic opening schools, that's wonderful development from LSG though , it's a means of showing the federal government that closing schools is not worth it

You are educated too I believe..always speak out when someone is wrong or biased, children have been at home since march doing nothing, hawking and so on.. But election campaign is going on and those same kids are present there let's not be biased but make reference on what we see. you work and earn from home don't means everyone does so too. The nation wide protest made by tertiary students don't it ring a bell.
what we need is to encourage reopening of school now and not chipping in what you feel, if you feel it's worth to comment on school resumption then make a front page post and comment on the Edo election

Are the secondary and primary schools resuming where they stopped or skipping 3rd terms to be promoted to new classes. More clarifications needed as serious fight between parents and schools are about to begin over payment of 3rd term fee (if it is eventually skipped)

how will you open schools and let state workers remain at home I question this your decision Mr Governor. Banks are partially opened making things pretty difficult for customers, state workers below level 12 are at home, churches are still on 50% attendance, transportation is still high for the common man, bars, lounge and others you still close down. please, it's better you open the while sectors and not risk the lives of students.
