Doc Lampard gave Chelsea his list of targets and the board went for them without any fuss or monitoring. We are few days to the close of the window yet we dey monitor an international well established player, same Van de Beek that was rumoured we wanted to sign in January when the Bruno deal was proving difficult. I don't want to believe the board could not bring in any of his targets if he truly had any other than Sancho. So i put it down to OGS not drawing up a proper transfer list of target to improve his team...

Am not one of those guys, that i don't want us to waste money on some overhyped English players doesn't mean i don't want the Glaziers to spent. How much is Van de Beek transfer fee? But i won't be surprised if OGS prefer an overpriced English midfielder to him. We have already lost weeks in the transfer window, yet we still dey do monitoring. Ok the board and Glaziers are to blame for not signing Van de Beek since....

OGS don't negotiate deals... He has his targets and the club can't go out of the line and get him who he doesn't want to work with.

Not exactly. OGS actually made it clear that he needed about 9 new players before becoming permanent manager.

So far, 4 have been brought in. Ighalo was mainly out of necessity for a Martial backup.
