More recently WES is faster & more straightforward especially if your credentials were sent electronically via ETX.ng,the wait time for courier is eliminated.
Someone recently said she got her WES report within a week,I dont think the other ECA bodies can beat that.
Las las choice is urs.

Technically she has only 2 years experience. 1yr lab and 1yr registered business. The period Business wasn’t registered wont count. Except if she was working for another company during that period.

Another issue is the 1 year lab experience was during her siwes before HND and she wasn't given employment letter neither was she placed on salary. How can she tender it on her work history?

Thanks

If she wasn’t paid, it doesn’t count. It has to be paid work

No, it doesn’t. IRCC won’t ask for your employers Cac documents. The standard reference letter serves.

Greetings Chief,
What of are the chances of a 33 years old BSc holder emerging successful in the pools?

I am an entrepreneur /businessman with the relevant Cac docs. I also have over 5 years of experience in managing a growing enterprise.

Would my A1 and A2 French diploma certificates count? I also have a proficiency certificate in management issued by NIM.

I just want to know the possibility of a degree holder scaling through because it's obvious that the system favours MSc guys

Good day everyone. Please I need help on this adoption thing. I started my daughter's adoption last year in Kaduna state. I was issued an adoption certificate last year after all the back and forth. Reached out to someone here that is now in Canada with their adopted daughter and she explained that the process is more complex as I still have to request the adoption file to be sent to Abuja for some other processes. I have been going to the ministry here in kaduna to pls send our file to Abuja so I can continue the process but they keep saying there's no need for that. Told them to just send it so I can fulfil all righteousness but they said they don't do that.
Pls, has anyone here done adoption in Kaduna state before? What was the process like? Can I go to Abuja and start the process all over again? This process has been holding me down since last year. I had thought of leaving the girl out of my application but she has been with me for 6years and it will be unfair to just send her back to the village like that. Someone help me, please.

Sending documents to Abuja sounds very awkward to me and I tend to believe that the Kaduna people are right with their claim. I am not an expert though.

My advice is you should independently seek legal counsel. You can also ask for the relevant laws and read it yourself to clear all doubts. Please do not drop the poor girl.

MSc Energy is what I want to verify, from Engineering dept

I did check page 1 - it gave the different institutions that evaluate, I went to each website and checked

I just noticed people here referenced WES a lot more

WES is by far the most popular

You are good to get married post AOR. In fact it is highly recommended. Do note however that this could attract more scrutiny but as long as your case is a genuine one, you have absolutely nothing to worry about. Congrats in advance

B.Sc is not enough and at 33 you have already lost points to age. Good news is that you know French. However, your diploma won't do it for you. Prepare and tackle TEF or TCF and you have lots of points to grab. Depending on your TEF score, you may also require additional certificate on top.
Alternatively, are you married? Is your spouse younger and has more than B.Sc?
If yes, he/she could be the PA. If no (to the first question), you can consider falling in love with someone that meets the requirements.
I come in peace!

Please house, I am new here. I have registered for tutorial, to help me with ielts and I have also started the ECA process.

My question is that, I have a MSc certificate. Do I need another certificate like the likes I am hearing about here to boost my points, if yes, which one please?

Or if I do well in the ielts exams, I am good to go with only my MSc?

I also have a fiancée in Canada too, she is a PR but for some reasons she cannot invite me now. Can I use such to gain more points too?

Even if you were married, she cannot give you points under EE. However, you can go under spousal sponsorship.

With M.Sc, you do not need additional certificate. But simulate your points and if they are not enough you may need to look at other options eg French. BTW, how old are you?

Boss I’m 29, have a Masters degree (Professional) with 2years experience. My stimulated score is 456.
Any Idea how I can boost my scores?

I assume you are still working. Evaluate your Masters, max IELTS and enter the pool. In one year time (or less), your work experience would have been 3 years which will fetch you 25 additional points but you will lose 5 points due to age. We will be looking at 476 by then which is good by today's standards.

If I were you though, I would also be learning French by the side as a plan B because experience has taught me that this journey is full of surprises!

All the best

Good morning house. I applied for a report upgrade from WES. While using the app, I clicked on my previous report and realized it has been updated to include the new credential. However, the date was not updated and my surname was spelt wrongly on the credential (missing last letter). I immediately contacted my institution and they sent me a screenshot of what was sent to WES electronically, which had my correct surname. I contacted WES on their website, sent them a dm on Twitter, no response. Now the final report is out with the same mistake. I’ve called them out on Twitter politely, and also filled another form on the Contact Us Section of their website. Is there any other thing I can do? Also can I update my EE profile while waiting for them to correct it?

We asked someone in the ministry in Abuja and he said Kaduna state ministry knows they are supposed to send them the file with a letter. I don't know why the people here have refused to listen to my requests and send the file. At this point, I'm thinking of getting a lawyer to help find out what the problem is or go to Abuja and start the process all over again. Thanks for your input.

I don't know what they meant by sending the file to Abuja but last year, I was involved in the adoption process of my friend's brother. The process was done from the Ministry of Women Affairs in Ogun State. She paid for NAPTIP, probation officer inspection and every necessary document. They came to their house to interrogate them and gave them a date to meet at the family court where the judge granted them the adoption.

After two weeks, she got the adoption certificate, took it to the immigration and collected the child's passport then applied for her UK student visa including the child as a dependent. They all got the visa and currently in the UK.

If you have been granted an ADOPTION CERTIFICATE by the court, you're good to go. It's not your business whether they take it to Abuja or not
