Trust someone to find a chink in Pep’s armor and expect other teams to follow suit.

It is mos def not a stupid question.

The general advice is to limit yourself to not more than 10 standard drinks per week and never more than 4 standard drinks at a sitting.

What i usually tell my patients is not more than 2 standard drinks per day with at least 2 alcohol free days in the week. Still meets the 10 standard drink per week limit.

Now how much makes a standard drink depends on the alcohol content of the drink but for 5% beer it is about 350ml.

Never compete with people for things like drink. Some people liver get odeshi.

I am not sure what the guidelines are for Nigeria cos these things are population specific. However i would say if less than 40 yrs, no personal or significant family history of cardiovascular disease and no significant risk factors every 2-3 years is okay. If above 40, having risk factors, or having personal or significant family history then every year.
