Locus Standi means the standing or right somebody has to be a party to a case or to enable them pursue a matter in court. The law will not allow somebody who is not connected to a case to sue or defend as that person is said not to have the Locus Standi to sue or defend. Who told you? Witchcraft and Juju is a Criminal Offence (misdemeanor) in Nigeria. Punishable under section 210 of the Criminal Code Act of 1990 by a jail term of about 2years or so. His claim is valid in court...to some extent. All he needs is a sound lawyer
