Ok, in that case, the law enforcers should kill him first then destroy his farm before he destroys others lives. To all weed smokers who may want to claim planting of weed is legalised in some developed countries, yeah, that is true but in Nigeria as of today it is illegal and until condidered otherwise any culprit should face the concequences.
