Did you take into consideration the people who would join the pool within the next two weeks?

The tie breaker today was August 16, so it doesn't exactly work as you have calculated because the person whose scores is higher than the cutoffs, who submitted minutes before the draw will be selected for an ITA.

Those months general draws were not done have significantly affected the cutoffs, making it unpredictable.

It's safe to say, 470 isn't the new norm anymore.

It is safe to guess 473-474 after two weeks @ 4200.

Congrats to all that met the cut off. However, I have a question to ask.
Someone started her business, hair styling to be specific (registered September 2019) and she went for NYSC by November 2019 and she’s finishing her NYSC by October this year, would it count as 2 years working experience while applying or they would regard it as 1 year experience. Also note that she has been running the hair styling 2 years (immediately after she got certified in 2016) before she got it registered last year. There are proofs of transactions regularly taking place in her business account since she registered last year.

I need your opinions on this please. Thanks

You mean she wants to count Sept 2019 to October 2020 as 2 years? You know it won't work na
If she wants to count from 2016, does she have sufficient evidence to prove she actually did the job during that period?

I was just think since it’s 2 Jobs, it should count.
In terms of evidence from 2016, I highlighted already that she hadn’t registered as a business entity as at then till last year. Does statements of Account count as sufficient evidence ?

God has given me a 2nd chance to do the right thing, as we were issued a second ITA yesterday. I once came to this platform to seek for advice on if I should appeal my application which was cancelled as incomplete due to my wife's Austria police clearance certificate which she got in Austria while she was still in Austria, as a result the application was rejected since we decided to apply when she returned to Nigeria, thereby making the application invalid. Thank God we already got a new Austria pcc from the embassy here in Nigeria.
But pls guys I have two questions as I wouldn't wanna make any silly mistake again.
1. Can we use same medicals done in previous application for this new one.

2. Due to the first application being rejected as incomplete, we were suppose to get a refund, but we are yet to get it. So is it possible to write them and ask that the last fee which is yet to be refunded be used for this new application?

Please good morning.
I will need more information on how you applied and got the new PCC from the Austrian embassy. And how long did it take for them to get it done and delivered to you? And how much did they charge for the application?

Please send me a private message. I would really appreciate it.

Thanks in advance.

CRS 475 and I submitted my application on the 16th of August 2020. I was so downcast yesterday. The bad news is that I turn 30 on the 24th of Sept this month so if another all programs draw isn't done then i lose 5 points. It is well.

Na to write IELTS again

I used NYSC and got my PR no issues. All you mentioned are not necessary..LOE..payslips..bank statement(except its to satisfy POF requirement) etc

Anybody using NYSC must provide the reference letter on the school letter headed paper and MUST indicate the period worked as at least precisely 1 year or more...not less. Hours worked per week must also be stated and not less than 30hrs. Remuneration on a per month or per annum basis must be indicated on the letter. Responsibilities also must be clearly stated.
This should be fine. The letter is enough to stand on its own to justify your eligibility under the FSW stream...

If you had gotten the right counsel before your first submission you would not have been dismissed..

My NameSake, brother, in as much as i wouldn't want to be a bearer of bad new, you have to be realistic with your hope. December is just less than 4month away. i will advice that you plan for atleast 3months rent so as to plan for everything and also factor the recent delay in application from IRCC. Look for 6 months rent and plan to pay it. The remaining Journey is not far compared to where you started from.

God will grant you the desires of your heart. Yours will be a testimony

In a situation where the actual period covered was 9 months instead of 1 year, can that compliment a 2 year/,2 months work experience?
