My Lovely Spaghetti Fish Soup

A friend called me on Friday and she said, "Prestonn immediately you return to Nigeria, first thing you gonna cook is spaghetti fish soup

See hen, I nor dey too make mouth oh, but if you try this recipe, you go know say for food to sweet or taste great, you nor need to pack unnecessary ingredients put.

I made stew today. Thought I would have forgotten how to cook, been a while. Made with turkey and gizzard.

Quinoa, chicken, oven baked sweet potatoes with cauliflower and carrots.

How do you guys make food i only see in adverts? I bow in humble recognition, please teach me your ways. I want to suprise my wife.

I wouldn't say the meal prep looks like in an advert but it's going to give me the power I need in the next days so it's fine with me.

She loves anything colourful with great taste, aroma and nutritional benefits.

Really, I just want something off the book, not bland.

One of my best spaghetti recipe... The taste is out of this world.. Less time and small ingredients needed.

INGREDIENTS
●Extra virgin olive oil
●Garlic
●parsley
●Tomatoes
●Scampi
●White wine
●pepper Flakes


1.....In a saucepan heat up some olive oil...Add your chopped garlic.. immediately you start getting the fragrant, put in your chopped tomatoes.

2.....Put in some parsley without chop, Cook for one minute.

3.....Add your scampi or shrimp.Cook until pink after 2 minute take out the parsley from the pan.

4.....Add a cup of white wine and season with pepper flakes cook for one minute.

5.....Take out the scampi and add your cook spaghetti and toss to coat, adding reserved pasta water like half cup and continue tossing until the water become creamy. At this stage the spaghetti cooking process continues. Then taste for salt.

6.....Return your scampi back to the pot, add some chopped parsley and little extra virgin olive oil.. Your pasta is ready.


NOTE

1...... Always drain your pasta three minutes before the recommended cook time

3......Not all recipe you add Curry, Thyme, Crayfish, seasoning cub like Maggi.. some of this things take away the natural flavour from the meal.

2....... Always reserve some water from your cook spaghetti, because you will need it later... The spaghetti water make the meal sweeter

3......After adding your pasta water, taste for salt before adding extra salt to your sauce, because the pasta water is already salty.

That is how I followed your stir fried noodles recipe and ended up adding 10kg in two weeks. It took malaria to lose the kgs. Lmao. Since then I am careful about looking at these your delicious pictures because for people like us, looking at pictures alone dey add inches to our waist

Then make Prestonn's spaghetti with sea food. You can use prawns instead of scampis like I did. The recipe is easy but very delicious.

In my family we were taught to always be ready for guests so there is more food than I could capture in one picture.

The picture you attached is the kind of motivation I need for the next three days.

The kinda family I like Just like mine too... Growing up with my parents, every single one of us was taught how to cook whether male or female..It's a must cos dad was a supercook and mum was super disciplined on culinary matters

I wish I can. I’ve been busy and a bit under the weather, so I took a break. I will get back into form. Currently picking hard oha leaves , wanna make soup too.
