I have been to Kaduna,Lagos,Onitsha,Owerri and my city, Port Harcourt

All I can say is that Lagos,Onitsha,Owerri and Port Harcourt City are tripple times more developed than Kaduna..
Kaduna only has few developed areas which you displayed in your pictures,while the rest of Kaduna is covered with rural Fulani settlements...Do not compare any city in the Lower Niger or West to Kaduna again,because you guys have a long way to go in terms of urbanization.
