The rate of container falling on cars these days is getting scary. It tells how bad our system is, from bad roads to poor safety measures and to crown it all, an inept government running the affairs. I think to live in Nigeria is synonymous to living in hell.

The numbers of containers falling on cars reported this year alone is alarming and as a precautionary measures that I take, I don't drag road with those trucks and BRT in Lagos, they always feel like the GODZILLA of the road and if I am to overtake I always ensure there is clearance and not caught in the middle, though it's the Almighty that protects but we also need to take the safety measures we can.

Hope these trailers are not being driven by Boko Haram

Simple statement. Container fall on a car, and people keep asking if someone died. We're so used to experiencing terrible things in this country that we think it's a norm for terrible things to happen. May God help us in this country.

Some car drivers Sha are fond of competing with trailers/containers when driving. Anytime you see them (if you are a car driver), please avoid them. Don't try over taking them (unless the coast is totally clear for speed). A word is enough for the wise. Some of these trailer/container drivers sef dey sleep for road while driving so always avoid them please.

Heavy duty trucks should be taken off our roads especially during the day. The rate at which they get involved in accidents is alarming.

Our government refuse to learn.

No matter the the amount of modern infrastructure built in Lagos it will continue to be in its messy state until government come together to develop other state.

I expected Fashola and Amaechi to work on decongesting Lagos state. But they won't.
