It also happens on my Oneplus 7T, and it also did on my Oppo Reno 2.........

So I think it's a chrome issue....... I just press power button off and on again...... And magic happens......

Ehya, just go to settings and click on apps>see all apps>>find the camera app nd clear storage

For we apk lovers...... I thought Google stated apk files would not work on devices, running Android 11..........
