Too bad. It seems the newer models break easily or is it because they come with innovative tech that needs some getting used to. It's like when cars came installed with AT, those versions were the worst but today almost everyone would choose an AT over MT.

It's been a long story with me and my car.. but I'm driving it now .. and it drives extremely great after some few changes ... I had to hold the dealer that sold the car to me and everyone involved with the deal , they tried to fight back .. but we came to a conclusion which is they must buy me a new engine and a new gear ... I just got the car back recently after they've changed the gear and the engine... And the car is just like new now . And it drives well ..

Also can take some level of flood.

I’m not sure about the flooding part but most M-engines bmws are more reliable that newer ones. Example are bmw e46s, bmw e60 not exceeding 2005, x5 and x3s with the M engines.

If you can, stick to sedans with lesser engines (4plugs). You’ll have issues with parts and specialists for newer models; even Coscharis sef dey suffer am.
