You can use her.
Someone used a man he has not even met before and got AIP and medical request so forget all these plenty rules and regulations.

Let her refer to you as her nephew or niece while you refer to her as your Aunt.
Tidy other parts of your application and que sera sera

Yes you can, but I think you really don’t need to attach it if they are not going with you.
Just stating it should do.
All the bestest Sir/Ma’

Thanks

But please let me get this straight !!!

If am applying for a program as a self sponsored applicant with no unaccompany family members

I can just fill their details in the family information section and don’t include any of their documents ( like birth certificate)

Is that okay or not ??

In my opinion,I think you should attach it because in the checklist for canadian study visa applicants from nigeria which can be found on ircc website,It says that applicants should attach the birth certificate of all immediate family members whether they’re accompanying you or not, and then i think it’s good for demonstrating home ties aswell.

I ordered for my GCMS notes, it came about 2 weeks ago and my visa has been approved, since April actually. I wonder what’s keeping the passport request.

Congratulations Oma, have you deferred your admission and if yes did you send an Updated LOA to IRCC.
I have actually received my Passport request since March and deferred to December. Just wondering if I need to send my Updated LOA to IRCC

I thought gcms note are those whose application was denied and want to know reason why.

Not only that, you can also use it to find out why your application is being delayed and gives you a chance to add further documents eg updated admission letter. Or as per recent updates, people apply to know if a decision has been made considering nothing is has been happening on their apps

Bro, the bolded is wrong as the final decision has already been made and they are probably holding on the decision so as to not create any back logs (applicant reapplying before September 15) for themself. I believe almost everyone who failed eligibility and haven’t done their biometrics got the same first message on there GcMs note. I did too

Well, you might be right but I adviced the moniker that because reading the vos statement, he said "hold on until biometrics is done before making a final decision" therefore meaning a final decison hasnt totally been made which is why the vo didnt say "am refusing the application" to me I would use that chance to clear the air for the vo. Like i said its a slim chance. No harm in trying

Congratulations to everyone that has gotten approvals. Its really a breathe of fresh air .All things will work together for our good .

So i needed to ask ,is there anyone that has applied for visa and gotten it and the sponsor used was not related to them . My sponsor I want to use for my application ,she is a family friend. I just want to know the possibilities.

Pls dont use family friend or better still the family friend should transfer the necessary amount that covers your tuition for a yr and living expenses to your account.

Good evening everyone, please is there any implication if I choose to apply for Master’s and if I don’t get the study visa, I can then start the Express Entry Process

No pls.. It will be registered on the database you applied for SP and was denied but won't affect your EE

Frankrobbn1:

Recommend Interview (RI) and Review Required (RR) simply implies that the visa officer has concerns with your application and thus would need further documentations from you prior to your application been shifted to the next immigration level of processing. You may check the last two pages of the GCMS notes to have a clearer picture about this update on your file. In the case that there are certain concerns noted by the visa officer on your application, its advisable that you should quickly raise a CSE by writing a brief LOE addressing the concerns for the visa officer's comprehension. Once this is done, you will notice a ghost update which means that your application has moved from Recommend Interview (RI) to ELIGIBILITY Passed.

Keep the house posted should you've any other concerns.

It will end in praise.

How would u know that he's wrong? Are u a VO? U can only air ur opinion with facts or examples of why u think so, rather than calling another wrong

Good Morning All,

Please for those that had received the Original Passport Request earlier and deferred the Admission.

Please did you send an updated LOA to IRCC? or there is no need.

I would really appreciate feedbacks
