OK sir.

First of all, we don't use square meter for electric fence-wire, we measure perimeter(meter).
#2,500/meter(materials, energizer and installation inclusive), if you are doing for more than a plot charges will reduce(energizer used for 1/2 plot is still the same we use for 1 or 2 plots). Price negotiable.

Regarding America fence wire; we sell per roll(15 meter, factory packed). A plot of land 120ft by 60ft is 110meter perimeter(approximately), therefore, 8 rolls will be needed for a plot of land and 36-40 Y-angle iron will be needed too.

how do you intend to keep the water flowing when there's no light. Overhead tank is your surest bet and you can't avoid it

To be honest I posted the most expensive mower I could find. Someone of Hajjis stature can not be insulted by $800 mowers.

The one I shown is commercial for guys that mow acres per day. It's very fast.

The last ride on I had was a return to Lowes in Frisco, Texas and I think I paid under a thousand for it. Have had some self propelled ones too.

What you need is automatic pressure pump, with this the reservoir tank will be in the ground floor then the pump will take water from there to distribute into the various part of the building BUT you will needs 24hrs light” No light No water”

This is also good product/ system the pipe is called ENCO pipe here in Nigeria I used same same system was used in HAJJI MUFUTAU Project.
Same pipe and system used in “1004 flat” Victoria Island.
The pipe is good for both Hot and Cold water line supply
