Nothing to celebrate here, he isn't an improvement on what we have already. Of all the German boys, only Torunarigha and maybe Uduokhai are worth celebrating because they really are gonna improve our team
Kevin is just like those Naija babes you no longer fancy anymore because you are now chilling with exotic high grade babes from bahama. grin grin. To even talk to the Naija babes go dey vex u cos you are on a f.ucking echelon with Bahamian babes grin grin.

23-man list. That is very possible of course. Rohr will only need 4CBs. Even Rabiot missed the WC for France. France had a lot of options but Rabiot is still in the team today. wink

The point is missing a tournament doesn't mean you are not part of the team. Iheanacho too missed the Afcon but he could make the next one. It is always a good thing to have options in abundance.

let me list the 4 CBs for you. Jordan, ekong, semi, uduokhai. No place for balogun, omeruo, and awasiem. Tears go dey roll for camp grin

Lol... Honestly this is the stage I always wanted this generation to get to. Just look at the names more than likely to be dropped when a major tournament comes around. That is what I am talking about. Wicked, bad-ass, cut-throat, jaw dropping top quality competition. You just know you will be picking the crazy best of the best.

I say again.... The Super Eagles Class is in Session again. The New Golden Generation enters another phase. cool

You love to see it. Another Nigerian in a top 5 league. Quite unexpected considering that it was Anderlecht that he was after. We have a massive contingent in Latvia. Hopefully more lads there make big time moves as well.

onuachu should transfer his club form to the national team first then we will have a discussion if cyriel should be drop for him. At the moment, cyriel deserve at least a chance to play in the national team and there is nothing like sentiment here. He earned his first call up but unfortunately coro stopped that from happening.

So like cyriel has also proofed himself too in our team ...cos I don't get d word "deserve" here

D only reason y I would support ur post its because he has not shown his worth yet in our team... Until den...I stand on my point cool

Could be very true. Tijani is based in Austria and a player based in Austria is very likely to be invited since we are gonna be based and playing our friendlies in Austria. It was supposed to be Tobias Lawal but Lawal is likely gonna miss out due to passport issues.

Also, Tijani is one for the future. Like Rohr did with Osimhen, he looks like doing same with Tijani gradually.

Time will tell. wink

He deserves because he hv been impressive in Austria and also seen in 9ja football circle as a potential leader for the next generation.

I think him, onyeka and Bournemouth's Ofoborh should should be monitored and groomed as possible heir to ndidi in the nearest future

This boy is going places. He will give Rohr a selection headache. One of our u17 boys.
Have you noticed that under Rohr our boys now desire to move to better leagues.
I think it is a combination of two factors

1. Rohr's attitude towards his players to aim for the best
2. The maturation of our youth, grassroots and developmental football

I agree with you.

Osimhen: I Can’t Wait To Face Ronaldo

Victor Osimhen is looking forward to coming up against Juventus superstar Cristiano Ronaldo in the Serie A this season, reports Completesports.com.

Osimhen joined Napoli from Ligue 1 club Lille in July.

The new season in Italy will start this weekend with Napoli facing Parma in their first game of the campaign.

Napoli’s first tough fixture of the season will be away to champions Juventus on matchday three.

The game will see Osimhen come up against Ronaldo for the first time in his career.

“I’m really looking forward to a new career here in Serie A. Playing against the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo is something one can eagerly wait for,”Osimhen toldcafonline.com.

“While at Lille, I had the opportunity of playing against some of the best players in the world like Neymar, Kylian Mbappe and it would definitely be a whole great experience to play against Ronaldo, who is one of the greatest playeon earth.

“So, I’m looking forward to facing him soon.”

The Nigeria international scored six goals and provided one assist in three pre-season outings for the Partenopei.

Didn't see this Tolu's Cologne move coming, wow!

With this move and Terem's imminent move to Lorient, I will reiterate - I have serious doubts Cyriel Dessers will be able to get up to 5 caps for Nigeria.

He dealt his chances a big blow by moving to Belgium

I feel very sorry for Dessers. He's not doing particularly well in Belgium still.

Tijani only just began his Austria journey but yes he has impressed in a short time.
Definitely Onyeka, Ofoborh and Tijani are in the picture of things long term as regards that role but Onyeka could be in the picture of things a lot more sooner once his move materialises. Time will tell.

Rohr has been really busy behind the scenes looking at potential lads including lads like Lesley for the DM role but he knows he can easily get his hands on the ones already available to us while putting plans in place to lure some of the Dual-nationals lads in.

We saw Tolu Arokodare coming. His performances in Latvia and the previous links to Anderlecht showed he wasn't gonna be in Latvia long. It was only a matter of time. Before a player breaks out, we have followed him in here. Is that not so? Same thing with Terem Moffi... We saw them all coming. Perhaps you just haven't been following well enough. wink

And long term can be broken down into phases. Not all will come in at the same time, but eventually, the different pieces will join in at some point and form a masterpiece along the way. That is what is happening.
