Those who are familiar to Enugu politics would understand with me that this reunion of Chimaroke and Sullivan is all about 2023.
For the fact that Ike Ekweremmadu is nursing the Ambition to contest which I can't authoritatively say,and having won Sullivan in PDP primaries in 2015 When Sullivan as a sitting governor wanted to displace Ike who was the Deputy Senate president then because both came from same Senatorial zone.
But Ekweremmadu taught him politics 101 and since then Sullivan has been looking for a means to avenge the humiliation.
Chima who is the head of Ebeano family and a Senator from Enugu East Senatorial Zone ,the zone based on arrangement should produce the next governor of the state after Ugwuanyi who is from Enugu North zone.
The Zoning formulae in Enugu should have gone round to the three Senatorial zones after Ugwuanyi who is the sitting governor and zoning can start again from anywhere or be quashed .

In contrast, Chimaroke created jobs with Rainbownet, Cosmo FM, attracted Ama Brewery, attracted Marlum Construction Company that gave many people jobs, started the international conference center at Okpara Square, built the Ebeano Tunnel, which is one of the best in the region to date, etc. I won't even mention the critical institutions he took to his hometown.

...as Sullivan Chime goes to beg

Tomorrow, Saturday, 19th September, Senator Dr Chimaroke Nnamani will lead all his political boys under the umbrella body of Ebeano Political Family to a solidarity visit on Gov Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu state.

Significantly, Chimaroke Nnamani made almost all the politicians in Enugu state today.

Surprisingly, former gov Sullivan Chime who betrayed Chimaroke Nnamani paid him a visit today at his Agbani country home. Sullivan has lost out in Enugu state politics despite being a two term governor.

He has no structure anywhere. He has been moving from PDP to APGA to APC but no way. This is the punishment for betrayals.

Tomorrow will mark the new beginning of the old Ebeano Political Family. Let's see those who will bow down their heads and return to Chimaroke Nnamani and apologise for betraying him and those who will remain adamant.

When Chimaroke Nnamani was betrayed and chased out of PDP, it was Ike Ekweremadu who hijacked the Ebeano Political structure and used it to sustain his political empire. But OGA is back.

Gov Ugwuanyi has recreated Ebeano Political Family and restored the founder to his seat. Ugwuanyi is a humble leader who respects his bosses.

The 2023 political battle starts tomorrow in Enugu. It is the turn of Enugu east senatorial zone and those who want to change the goal post at the middle of the game will be disappointed.
