There's huge demand on properties everywhere in Nigeria now.
i believe so too. The 6 apartments that i am currently working in benin city is all taken except the one i kept for myself. It's currently on the painting sage at the moment, even during the building stage a lot of people were coming to check it out. Location is the key and it's better to invest good money on a land. The building itself would be worthless if the land is cheap and under developed.

The only thing I see in this recent outburst is someone trying so so hard to be seen as relevant, as equal if not better than those who have proven themselves in what they are known for in the past years on this thread.

It is the same way insecure uneducated folks always compare themselves with their educated peers by always making reference to having more money, yet one of the first things they do is send their kids to those same school to compensate for their insecurity.

Musical artist also use the same strategy to hit the limelight, they do that by releasing a song to dish a more popular artist so that somehow their name becomes associated with that artist and people can now begin to talk about them and perhaps want to know more about them.

If you have ever had friends who never see anything good about themselves and makes statements like, is it because God has blessed you with money, is it because I am not married yet, is it because you got admission in the uni before me, is it because you passed your JAMB, is it because I don't stay in Lagos/ Island/ Abroad/ Abuja/ Port, is it because I am from this .../ is it because I am not as tall/short/ fine/ ugly/ fat/ lepa/, is it because my moniker is..., is it because.., is it because Always negativity, never positivity.

Scientist believe that people are likely to have some form of mental health issues that make feel inferior at all times which they try to mask with I am beta than you syndrome.

I’ve been trying to resist the urge to shalaye but since misinformed folks keep trying to insult me, I will say it again. I’m not here to gain acceptance by the herd here or to try to make friends here. I have more than enough friends already.

But this is a treasury bill thread and anyone that comes here is most likely looking for safe investments and not risky investments to throw away their hard earned money. If I see anything that I think is contrary to these safe investments that can make people throw away their hard earned money, I have every right to speak against it and I’m sure well informed people will agree with me.

If una like make una dey believe all the lamba wey a so called chairman dey tell una. Na una sabi. As for me, I maintain that any chairman that needs validation on a faceless forum by bragging about how he is making it in various risky businesses in Naija is a bloody liar. Guys, ask yourself logical questions before you follow fake investment advice o.

I don’t need any response to this post, so kindly ignore it and keep it moving if you don’t agree with me and want to insult me o. Otherwise, I go give am to you as e dey hot grin

Tb is a safe investment? Lmao.

You should ask those of us that sent money from abroad to put in tb which means converting equal more losses.

Why do you think a lot more house's are selling faster in Lagos, yeah because people are trapped and are now putting those funds in properties.

Risk aversion and irrational economic behaviour are two separate things.

You can't be serious by saying tb is risk free, when people like me have lost close to 30k dollars on Forex devaluation.

Someone is making money in Naira in Nigeria and is not as fortunate as you are to be making USD washing plate or doing security work abroad. What is the minimum wage in Nigeria?
