he will get his money easily. The Dss is not appealing and there is no grounds for appeal. It was a straight case and that was why it ended quickly. Even if they appeal, it will be struck out bcs their is no grounds. To get their money is easy. The lawyer would file for contempt and demand for a garnishee order for Dss bank account to be debited by de bank on instruction of de court.
