These pictures are old pictures during the days of Donald Duke. Currently under Ayade's administration the place is just a shadow of itself. It's look more like Libya now than Europe

Obudu and Amazon are both tropicals. Why are folks so arrogantly ignorant? and what is even European vegetation and climate?
obudu is temperate grassland ,not tropicals

People wey never chop dey do tourism? Majority of Nigerians are broke, majority of foreigners would not explore beyond Lagos and Abuja, so tell me how will such a beautiful place attract more patronage? Let the resort repackage and cater to the affluent, offer vacation packages like free flights to and out of the resort, celebrity/influencer marketing etc. What's the use of buried gold if no one knows where it is buried? grin grin grin

I Visited This Place Late 90's, It Was So Amezing, In Fact, The Place Is The Best In The Nation, Another London In The Jungle.

Politicians are not coming there because it doesn't involve Foreign Exchange-Currencies.The greed in our today's leadership has not allowed then to reason that Patriotism of your nation first should be a habit!

It's actually beautiful...

One of the reason why people don't visit there or whatever is because of the name...

For a Nigerian who hasn't heard about this cattle ranch will always pick shoprite or somewhere else over here because the first imagine that will come to him/her is a place filled with cows and stinks of cow poop... grin

Who will blame them... The need some marketing

I have heard about the ranch but the only picture of it I have seen is that cow head at the gate grin

Thanks Op

Over wisdom dey worry you ooooooooo....

.Bros, which Governor is trying his best? please type what you know and not what you don't know. Are you a Cross Riverian? or are you even living in Cross River? please don't provoke us.Just leave us to manage the disaster and bad luck called Ayade in peace.
I'm not holding brief for any politician. Ayade needs top sit up and develop Calabar to standard, plus the security issue too . All i'm saying know is that Cross river receives the least allocation and does not have the funds to execute mega projects now , which of those statements don't you understand and isn't true?

The first problem is lack of responsible leadership.

That place should be like a sort of camp david for Nigerian presidents.

If presidents go there to relax and unwind every 3-6months, instead of going to the UK or dubai, it would drive a lot of patronage to that place.
Leadership at all levels has failed.

And also the problem of poor spending power.
That is why shoprite is leaving Nigeria.
Poverty in the country.

Nigeria is Rich in Culture and tourism especially in the north. We don't have good security, Boko Haram, herdsmen and bandits will discourage me from touring around the country.

The place is truly fine ...but access roads to it for those of us who can't afford a flight to cross River state nko

If Aisha Buhari keeps going there instead of Dubai, when she is tired of doing Baba ba n gbesi in the other room, sharp sharp all the access road maintenance palaver will disappear. Don’t you think so

The problem is getting there safely! Every which way u take in Nigeria is dangerous; if not bad roads, it’ll be bad news u hear about some tanker explosion along motorways... not to talk of the zamalama ppl hiding somewhere in some isolated places just to hurt or rob u!

PACKAGE FEE:

• 2 Nights = ₦112,999

• 3 Nights = ₦146,999

• 4 Nights = ₦190,999
Above is their rates. They are not targeting the middle class which by the way are the biggest consumers worldwide.
They are not serious with their marketing strategy.
