I beg to differ, I got my appointment letter in May although it was dated March but I did my IPPIS capturing in June.

My hubby just concluded an Interview for the post of Assistant Director with ICPC.During the interview he was asked if he was sent by anyone or if he knows anyone, unfortunately,he doesn't,he told them he saw the advert and applied.
My hubby is really qualified cos he has 2 masters and a PHD but I'm afraid he might lose this job due to lack of connection.All we have is God in heaven.This is not the first time this is happening m

FCSC is only responsible in giving out APL to all federal ministries from level 7 above, and some few commissions like the BPP, OAGF, OAGF, OSGF, etc. While agencies under ministries are responsible for giving out their APL, not FCSC. But i am stand to be corrected.
