I was having this discussion with a colleague yesterday....
Does this frequent sad occurrence have no solution?
In my over 30 years of living in this our bitterly troubled country, I've never heard or see a gas Tanker explosion...
So what are the liquified petroleum gas company doing right....
I believe there must have been some precautions and maybe some standard too....
Driver wey suppose dey drive Tanker needs more than just a mere driver's license...

even if a gas tank falls down, it won't explode because the layer you see outside, there are still 3 more inside.and in between each layer is a preventive quoting to stop spillage or explosion.

Saw the pics earlier, this is just so sad, what can be done to avert such incidents? Abeg pray before you leave your houses ooo.

Best thing is to reduce traffic, the govt already failed and are not making any plans to help matters. Therefore, try as much to do most of your deals and businesses online. If everyone adapt to online business, traffic and accidents will reduce drastically. Most deaths in Nigeria are man made.
