Ideally the church should subsidize the treatment, otherwise it's not really a missionary hospital, but just another private profit making enterprise. That's one thing I love about the Catholic hospitals: excellent care for as little as they can charge, because it's mostly funded by donations.

You can't be comparing Catholic with small pentecostal churches. Catholic is over a billion member in every nation of the world
